“Nothing like spending 320 dollars to get your dog taken care of. That's fine. But when I walk in and the vet looks right at me, I smile and ask how my dog is, and the man looks at me, and then away to his assistant and says " I don't have time for this" That's not a place I'm going to go to for my dog to have surgery on his foot. When I can't get two seconds of reassurance over something much less. So keep that in mind Prarie land. You can have the best service in the world, and people to pay premium prices.. But if your not going to treat a human that stands right before you with respect.. Then why would I trust you with my animal in a serious heart felt situation. I feel like if my dog does during surgery this man would just be like " bye " lol All of that said.. I feel like my dog did get good treatment. Amd maybe I misread the man, and he was just very intent on working on animals..”
