Staff (and I'm sorry I don't know her name) stopped what she was doing and spent 20 min with me explaining the value of the rings and my options if I was considering selling. She was extremely helpful and would not accept any money for the service stating I wasn't asking for a written appraisal and it was their pleasure to help out! I was very impressed with their willingness to help out a community member and their generosity in granting me the service for free!”
