Great friendly staff(Tamara/Amy) that know what they're doing with a smile on their faces. Not fake ones either, like Chase. Easy parking, smaller personal bank, convenient

Such friendly staff! Even tho the last two years, I’ve been only at the drive thru - I always get a smile, a warm hello and a thank you! The staff at the other locations call me for a variety of issues and always treat me like the days when your friendly neighborhood bank knew you by sight. Just so nice to be treated so kindly.

I have done business with this bank for over 20 yrs. Now my free checking account is going to be charged $10 a month service fee. Over $1000 balance plus $4.95 for a paper statement. I'd do mobile banking from my checking but I have trouble keeping a working password. My many auto deposit accounts now must be switched. I may be leaving it this does not change.

*WORST BANK, AVOID IF POSSIBLE** If there was an option to not give any stars I would I've been with this bank for a little less than a decade.. at first I had no problem because I worked right down the street and could stop in any day before or after work. It was convenient and I liked the small bank feel. Now that I'm over 30 minutes away and no longer work in the area it has turned into a major hassle. I've had issues more than once.. especially with the zelle option and other payment situations.. usually after close of their business day.. it's like this bank thinks the world stops after they close because they don't have a 24/7 number to call after hours or on the weekend. I've lost out on several bids on eBay because of this bank, I've lost out on opportunities that I can't get back because my bank was wasn't working properly. You also can't spend your money where you want without getting permission from the bank. If you try to make a purchase and it's coming from another country they won't approve the sale. You have to figure out exactly what country you are going to be charged at along with the exact name of the company then call the bank and ask them if they'll allow you to use YOUR money there. Oh and it's only open for 24hours then if you want to purchase from the same company you gotta call and ask again. And all you'll ever get out of them is an apology not worth a penny. They don't care that they just ruined your weekend, week, month or more. And they probably don't care about my account because I'm a regular person living check to check. What they don't know is I have an attorney sister that makes the kind of money they want in a client. She happened to buy an extra house in that area and asked me about my bank.. I told her the truth. TO STAY AWAY!! And to tell her agents and all her colleagues at these title companies and other attorneys she works with not to use this Bank. . So I hope they felt good treating me poorly because I wasn't depositing $10-20 thousand at once, because of that they missed out on two of those kind of accounts for sure, not counting anyone those attorneys would've referred. I'm talking about title companies and agents. People that constantly bring in a lot of money. I had a ripped hundred dollar bill that they wouldn't accept but told me to use it at a vendor and they'll accept it. I just gave the bill to my sister and Chase exchanged it without an issue. This weekend zelle was not working again. All Saturday I was able to use it, I just sent and received money's from my sister and mom, this bank will tell you that you passed your daily limit... that's BS.. they'll tell you whatever suits them but they can't do simple math to see if I crossed that limit?? They just automatically tell you that's the problem. And they won't tell you it's a $500 DAILY limit, they just tell you that you must have crossed it. If I didn't know the limit myself and tell her it's $500 daily she would've kept trying to tell me it's my fault **WORST BANK, AVOID IF POSSIBLE** If there was an option to not give any stars I'd check that. If you're a person still living in the 70's that rarely uses your debit card or ANY type of the cash payment apps, you live right down the street and only need service between 9am-5pm then this is the bank for you. BUT.. if you actually need your BANKING OPTIONS to WORK at NIGHT or over the WEEKENDS then GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Or you'll be SOL like I have been multiple times. More than once my situation was made worse because this bank does not have anyone to talk to 24/7 nor on the weekends. Why not? Life doesn't stop at 5pm on weekdays and noon on a Saturday.

I have been with this bank for years now. Never had an issue until recently unfortunately it was a big issue. Someone called this bank requesting and email change to my account and the headquarters allowed it after a few questions were answered. There was no 2 step verification, nothing. They even didn’t have answers to the security questions and told the lady they would call right back and still allowed the email change. With this email change they are able to transfer money from my account via POP money. Finally after getting everything solved no one ever reached out to me to apologize or nothing. I would expect a higher up to contact me and apologize. This could have been a lot more serious even tho I had to close my accounts and open all new ones which was a pain in itself. Anyway I am very disappointed on how everyone was handled. So beware backing here.

Exceptional employees. Since I’ve moved 2 years ago, I’ve thought about switching banks closer to my new home for the convenience, but the service you get here is unlike any other. It’s the only bank I’ve had. I can recall being broke and 16 years old, and they treated me and my account with the same respect, care, and importance that they give anyone else. I will drive out of my way to keep my accounts here vs anywhere else.

I have used Inland Bank and Trust for a number of years for everything from personal checking to business checking and business line of credit. I have dealt with Joe Kulba and he has been tremendously helpful and responsive every step of the way. If you are looking for a local bank that really cares about their customers, look no further, you will not be disappointed with Inland!
