My start was the result of extreme lower back pain. The intake team was extremely helpful with Target being a standout to me always welcoming with a smile, I started with Eddie we discussed my concerns as a 73 year old Senior. Given my lack of activity he deem that I needed core strengthening. We started and after 4 sessions I can stand straight and get out of Bed a lot better without grabbing furniture to support myself. I feel we are progressing well and I have documents for exercises at home and the suggestion to do this 2X a day.

I’ve really been impressed with the Hazel Crest ATI location. I don’t have any experience with any other office. The first time I came to the office I presented on the wrong date ( early), but when I walked in I was immediately greeted with a smile by one of the therapist and he worked diligently to try to figure out why he didn’t see me on the schedule ( not yet knowing that it was my error. After we figured out the problem the therapist that I would be seeing walked in and she was equally warm. We were all able to make a few jokes and laugh at the situation. There’s just such a positive energy in the place and I haven’t encountered a person displaying anything else. You can find knowledgeable therapist a number of places, but you don’t always get the knowledge, warmth, and good customer service in the same place. I’m really hoping for a full recovery soon, but I hate that that will bring an end to my interactions with these staff members. From the front desk, to therapy assistants, to the therapist themselves, I only have rave reviews!

I was nervous at first because I’ve never experienced physical therapy but the staff was amazing at putting you at ease. All the staff have been welcoming and professional. Therapists, Rick and David are supportive and listen and work at addressing concerns and getting you back to your highest body function . I highly recommend this team of professionals .

The therapist show care and concern with getting your body back to full function. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They make you feel better than family. Keep on pushing us forward.
