I been dealing with emanuel auto out of markham for over 20 years an i never nothing to complain about i have a dealership an he repairs a fleet of my vehicles all ask of anyone is to drop your deposit an go an contact when your vehicle is done i notice of the course of years a lot customers i have money issue a emanuel works with people that has money issue which a lot shop want an he has the best labor price around in the area of chicago so i laugh when see reveiws of people complain about they car but alot time they don;t have no money upfront nor do they come pick they vehicle when it done it sitting for weeks at a time but want him to jump thru hoops to help they situation i never had a problem with this business because i always made sure the money was there I want say marry christmas to your family an thanks for being there for my family god bless y see in 2025 we love y emanual auto

He had my car for a month. Said if we paid up front he'd finish faster. Kept setting a new date for it to be done & pushing it back. Then drops my car to my house at 2am with the keys still inside. I tried to drive it & it sounded worse than when we gave it to him. He wouldn't return our phone calls. We paid $1400. Took it to another shop & they're saying the damage will now cost us $5000 or more to fix.

Jack is the owner, chief mechanic, and all around good guy. My wife and I have been going to him for over 15 years, never been ripped off, and he always stands by his work. Sometimes he's a bit (A lot!) backed up, but with him, patience is a virtue. He doesn't rush a job just to get to the next job. When he's satisfied, he's done, and not before. Great work, very decent prices, and he cares about what he's doing. I definitely recommend A Plus, and Jack, in Markham. David The Cute Guy
