Kalen is marvelous! He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.He patiently answered all my questions, and was able to set up my new phone with ease. I even called him to ask another question (2 months after my purchase) and he cheerfully offered his advice. Great service was offered to me and all the other customers in the store. This is the best metro store hands down, the associate Kaylan Martin is very helpful and knowledgeable about fixing problems with phone and other devices that metro sells....I would recommend this store to anyone I know...keep up the good work kaylan, you're awesome.....??

The girl was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. She explained everything and was able to give me a great recommendation of all my phone choices. Would definitely recommend this place. Best metro in the area and I’ve been to a lot!

On 6/20/2020 I sent my son in to purchase a new phone for my Father for Father’s Day. I was on the phone since I was making the purchase. We purchased the phone, case and wireless Bluetooth earbuds. No time during the transaction including the transferring of data were we offered insurance or advised that we only had 7days to add it. Because of the text my Father received informing on payment due with a $17 increase I believed it was for the cost of insurance. Today (11days later) when my father went to inquiry about his account we were advised that the new device was not covered and insurance could not be added. After a total of three visits to the store, multiple calls to corporate we were not assisted. Even though corporate acknowledged the Store’s training opportunity for failing to share the information and provide the option, there was nothing to be done. Then I couldn’t even return the phone although metro by T-Mobile sells refurbished devices. Crazy! Very disappointing experience. Additional training is needed in Sales and the overall Customer Service experience.
