I be charged again on the first she said yes and then upon asking more questions the answer we’re getting worst and a lot of idk and hung up
On me like what kind of business is this definitely don’t recommend booking also
Please read the fine print before signing and paying for anything

Great location ! Only con I have is that I work second shift so, therefore, about time I get off they are closed and I don’t have access to my unit ! Due to this very reason I am thinking of going somewhere else I can access my unit 24/7!

This specific site I’ve no issues. I lost my key and the receptionist Mike was extremely helpful. I was informed it could take up to 2-3 weeks before the locksmith came out because I had just missed them. I explained to Mike that I had been misinformed prior and he assured me my information would be submitted and he’d give me a call as soon as the issue was resolved. 2 days later I received a call about the change of locks. I am giving this place a 5 star !

It was hard finding the Facility being it near the WindCreek Casino. Better Signage Would be a Plus.
