Carmen, Pat (best nurse ever), Diamonique (hope I spelled that right LOL ???), and Carl (my awesome counselor), are all the best!! I have always been treated with dignity and I have a smile on my face whenever I have to go there cuz everyone is so understanding and caring!! They really understand the disease of addiction, and all they want is to help you get a better quality of life without using!! I will continue to recommend RC to anyone and everyone who need MAT!! Thank you all so much!! You're the best!! ?????

I've gone to a few different clinics in Illinois and California. This is the best! When i moved back to the state, I came back here, even though it's an hour drive and there are closer clinics. The staff here are all amazing. From the receptionist to the counselors, LPNs, Nurse Practioners and the Doctors, everyone is very friendly and supportive. Service is generally pretty quick, though some days might take a little longer. As long as you do what you need to do to get yourself better, they will work with you, support you and you will quickly earn codes so you don't have to come as often. As for price? It's about the same as any private pay clinic. Actually, now that they now offer a cash discount it might be less, AND they take insurance including Illinois medicaid. Truly, I owe a lot to Recovery Concepts. I struggled off and on for YEARS until I found them. Now I have 8 years, and I know it couldn't have been done without them.

I recently came to Recovery concepts for help off the recommendation from a close friend. But had the complete opposite experience that i was expecting. I believe the mans name i talked to was Dr wheeler. He was very rude unwelcoming and all around very unprofessional and I felt very uncomfortable being in a recovery center talking to someone with a over power odor or alcohol on his breath. So very happy and grateful for Recovery Concepts and Dr. Usha. Always very quick and efficient, friendly, and understanding. I was able to get in right away when I made the switch and have never run into any issues. They truly helped me in my recovery and helped make me the best version of myself for my family, and myself. I go there today. It's a great facility. The receptionist are always so sweet, abd can easily brighten up even your crappiest morning. The nurses go above and beyond to do everything they can to help you and make sure your as comfortable as possible. And I've been to a few other clinics, and this one really tries to help you. And it it doesn't take all day to dose which is really nice.

Dr. M is very accommodating as well as to the point. She tells it like it is with compassion and understanding. I’ve been going to Recovery Concepts for AT LEAST 4/5 years and I have been working the program. The staff is amazing and will work around your schedule. They have changed my life as I used to know it!!! I recommend this facility to ANYONE suffering from this disease. As they are quick with getting you in and out, they are also competent!! I appreciate the staff as well as the doctor!!!

They Are so awesome. You get in and out so fast. The nurses, and receptionist are Great. I'd refer any one there. My counselor is the best. Ive been there for a few years now, and I have NEVER had any one ever go so above and beyond for me. She has been absolutely amazing and a big part of my recovery.

Everyone who works at this clinic is compassionate and caring. From the receptionist to the DRS. When I first came in I was able to dose the same day as my intake. This has by far been the best clinic I have gone too.

This place has very nice staff members that really seem to care about their patients. Sometimes there can be a wait, but it depends on what time you go at. There are some issues with policies applying to everyone and a newish change (about a year or so ago) where if you pay cash, it now doesn't cover the drug tests (so expect a random $75 bill everytime you "drop"), which is about 10 times a year.Also if you don't have a consouler that's been there for more than a year, chances are your consouler is gonna quit and your gonna keep getting a different consouler. I went through 4 or 5 in year one time and currently don't have one.All in all it's an average clinic experience with very nice nurses and front end staff.

This place saved my life and the staff here is amazing!! So if u are looking for clinic this would be the one !! They also have a facility by midway airport!! The building is clean and the staff goes above and beyond for u !! They are the reason I am clean today

If I could, I would rate this place zero stars. If you can help it DONT come here!!! This place has incompetent staff( doctor) that cares less about you getting better , and more about getting money. They even have a $3 mystery charge for using your debit card to pay for already expensive “ medicine” and they say they accept insurance but none that anyone has or heard of. Smh. This place is a joke. Just do yourself a favor and don’t come here, ever!!!

Very fast, easy-going staff, very friendly ,they do the best they can to help you! I was trying to get clean and get self help, thinking I can go cold turkey but the withdraws was to painful i couldnt even sleep, i couldnt take it anymore and i called an emergency recovery number and they sent me here, i called made an appointment, they got me in asap! So i came here thinking i was going to have some type of issue or had to wait hours, i desperately needed somthing to help my withdrwas, and they helped me within the next day ! I told the counselor I wanted to get clean and to put me on subs because that's what I wanted, she suggested methadone me "thinking I wasn't going to have a choice" she subscribed them with no argument or issue, it was very fast. Recovery is possible with this place, they dont play around, and they will help you! This place has truly saved me in many ways! From the phone to the front desk to the counselors, Beautiful people here with no judgment! Highly suggest this place ❤️ ? ?
