I mistakenly went to a 5star oil change place because I didn’t have a lot of time and I was just thinking I’d save time and money. WRONG, they almost broke my engine and tried to lie and strong arm me. The owner of CP Auto called the oil change place and told them what was what. “I was told by another mechanic that I possibly needed a transmission flush. I called and was told to bring the car a few days later at 8am. I dropped the car off to who I assume is the owner. He wasnt very friendly but he was fair. I was told hours later that he could not find anything wrong with the car. Now I do not know if I still could have used the flush since I never had it before. He told me he drove the car twice and didnt hear or feel anything. I was appreciative that he did not charge me anything but I would have gladly paid to know what is going on with my vehicle because the issue is unresolved.”
