Paid for priority overnight express mail on the 5th, terrible customer service, super ghetto woman was less than helpful and when my package finally arrived ( almost a week later) it arrived opened untaped and destroyed. I NEVER send packages here!

I’m very upset about a package I should have received yesterday Sept. 21 which I paid $116.00 for expressed delivery., the HazelCrest post office claims it was attempted delivery @12:12p but I was home and NO one ever rung my doorbell and I do have ring camera which I checked., this morning I called inquiring on package and once again they lied about trying to deliver and never left a card/note saying they were at my home., it’s after 12p and I just called back inquiring and the clerk/postmaster was very rude and dismissive towards me after I have spent my money expecting my package to be here yesterday., they should have tried to make this right and bought my package right out instead of rudely telling me it will be delivered sometime today and she don’t know what time and not going to argue with me about it., and I only inquired NOT argue., her tone was totally unacceptable to me and she needs to do better dealing with customers…..

I usually have very good service at the Hazel Crest location. The new, young clerk working June 23 at around 5:30pm is very unprofessional in how she speaks to and treats customers. I understand that USPS is experiencing a hiring shortage, but don't just hire anybody off the street. Her attitude and behavior are unacceptable and I will be escalating this.

Usual lady thats been there for years is great. Seems somewhat robotic to me but anyways, the lady that i guess is new is rude and ghetto and just trashy customer service. Tgey hure anybody i see.

Went to this office to get 2 passposts. I already had all that was needed. Mind you there are no other customers at this time. Lady says do u have an appt. I said no, so I make an appt for next day. Absolutly insane. I go to appt. and it takes longer then it should, in middle of process, she says let me take this other person behind you. Place sucks for customer service, I guess it depends what day and time you go.

I went to Homewood with a 2pm appointment Monday for a Passport, and it was a mess. Rescheduled for the next day at Hazel Crest.These 2 ladies, Andrea was one, I didn’t catch the other, but both were very pleasant, very kind, helpful, and just all around made the whole experience amazing and efficient. I was in, had a pic taken, paid and out in 15 minutes or less.Best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time! Thank you !!

Very Rude employees. There’s a bald white guy who works here and he has an attitude problem and acted like he didn’t wanna help me. Gave me a hard time.

Most of the employees are pretty nice. The postmaster is rude and not friendly at all. The lobby staff has much better customer service than he does.

On February 18, 2021 I received notification that a box was delivered at 2:17 pm. The only thing I received was advertising. I went to talk with the carrier and was told that it was given to someone standing in their garage. He called the station and the supervisor told him to tell me to file a missing package. Went to the station and the clerk at the window said we can’t help you and the manager is not here. This is a poor excuse for public services. I will not be using the postal service anymore .

PHENOMENAL SERVICE!! Andrea is Fantastic, Very Professional and Customer Friendly!! She is very knowledgeable of products and always go the extra mile in providing excellent customer service. I'm very happy that I made the switch from the Markham post office to Hazel Crest!!!!!

Very Rude employees. There’s a bald white guy who works here and he has an attitude problem and acted like he didn’t wanna help me. Gave me a hard time.
