Y'all I pulled up to the pharmacy drive thru at 4:45p. It's 5:31 right now!!! Why am I in this drive thru waiting for 45 minutes!!! This is unacceptable! And I'm too deep in to turn around now because I'm second in line now. DO BETTER!

I shop at this location at less four times a week. My main reason for choosing this location is because the customer service I recieve. Terry, is always helpful, kind, freindly, very knowledgeable. I have lived in the area for years. My entire family and all my friends shop here,as a result of the customer service they receive. Terry is a wonderful asset to your Company and should be recognize as such. Anytime someone in my area mention a positive experience that had at Walgreens it's always connected to Terry. People can shop anywhere, Walmart, Cvs, etc. all the prices are about the same. Customer service makes the difference,it's the key to success. Walgreens should be proud to have such a outstanding employee like Terry as part of their team. Management should recognize him and other employees hould take notes. This would created a wonderful shopping experience for all your customers each and everytime.

I have been in the drive thru pharmacy line for 30 minutes! Only came to drive thru because I stood in line inside for about 4 about 5 minutes with no line movement

I always have liked this store! The pharmacist here discovered I was allergic to a medication the doctor had put me on. It was counter acting another medication. I have learned to always talk to the pharmacist about my medications. Awesome store the employees are very polite and helpful! Will always return to this Walgreens!

They refused to give a black man his prescription because he didn't have a mask, but serviced white man with no mask who was only buying snacks. Really sad and disgraceful

Don't go to this Walgreens at the corner of Pulaski. I had a basket filled with items a total cost of almost $70! I was waiting in cosmetics for 10 mins to purchase an item from the locked cabinet. The sales associate up front called 3x and no one came! I politely placed the basket on top of the counter and told the associate that I will be making my purchase at Walmart. I'm contacting corporate today! Very poor customer service!

I like this Walgreens really nice staff when you don't see something you need they willing to go on the back to see if they have it also get a rain check most of the times .They called and they do open up another register so you can get out of the store stead of just being one line. Also look for the orange sticker they have some nice mark down items

This Walgreen is clean and neat, and the floors are nicely waxed. The shelves are always fully stocked, especially in the makeup and hair product aisle. The cashiers are friendly and they greet you when you walk in. I've never had a problem with this store.

A horrible experience came in with my receipt for the 100% Walgreens guarantee on the item i purchased. The manager Antoine denied my refund for item that did not work. bad attitude looking crazy I ask the reason why and he said take it back to Homewood. How rude...
