I have been going to Mike for years, He is an excellent mechanic and will never sell you something you don't need. Is diagnostic skills are second to none, He is not a parts changer who looks at a code reader. I highly recommend Herff Auto for any of your automotive repairs. A++

This review is a year in a half late in the making. In 2021 I found myself in Wisconsin with a husband who had had a massive heart attack and who was hospitalized in Janesville. My brakes were making noise and needed to be replaced. I came to Mike with my situation and he was kind enough to fix my car as fast as he could so I could be with my husband. Listen, Herff is a great man and let me tell you he’s a great mechanic. I always trusted my car with him and I will always go to him for anything to do with my car, except car washes of course if he did those he would be the best around. I live in Hebron so having a reliable great mechanic is such a huge plus. So next time your thinking about getting your car serviced even if it’s a oil change, definitely worth not only the money but your time. Very informative, helps you understand what’s going wrong and will give you a quote with the part if need be in basically no time at all. Of course he does get busy, because he’s a great mechanic and people know it but I mean he fixed all my brake lines, I brung my car in early and I was driving it by like 10am, so efficient. Needless to say go to mike for your next car maintenance or problem, well worth it!
