Disappointed in recent experience and my hair is ruined and dry. My hair was not done well and when I tried to address my concerns they disrespected and hung up on me everytime I called. Do not waste your time here and go to a different place where they listen to their clients requests!

Ashley Karnes was absolutely amazing! I took my son in there a couple of different times waiting for his hair to be long enough for a perm so it was like the young boys like. (The loose messy curls) when it was finally time for his perm, SHE ROCKED IT! She took her time and made my son feel very comfortable! He was her client at the time and that’s all she was focused on! My son’s hair looked awesome when we walked out of there! (I was nervous at first bc well you know seeing your son go from straight hair to curly hair, you never know! And I’ve seen bad perms before) Ashley knew exactly what she was doing and her work shows that! As my son would say, “she is THE perm lady” 😂 thank you Ashley for working patiently with us during this process and we’ll be seeing you again in the future!

i got my haircut here 10/17. my stylist was Barbara. She was super sweet and understanding of what i wanted done. it was a simple haircut with a few inches taken off. at first it wasn’t short enough for me, so i asked if she’d be able to take a couple more inches off, even after she had finished. she was more than willing to do so. she is now my go to stylist💜

Highly recommend !!! I came in with black box hair dye on my hair that they were able to lighten a gorgeous blonde baylage! I got color done by Ashley. Highly recommend you ask for her. They toned my hair with a violet toner and I couldn't be happier! Will definitely be back soon. Check this place out you won't regret it

The team at Amazon did a wonderful job for my wedding day. They serviced my entire bridal party and mothers of the wedding and did so in a timely and organized fashion. I was looking for a salon in Herrin where I could get a manicure without the use of drills and I found Amazon online via Google. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the very next day. I have had LOTS of bad experiences at salons (being forgotten about, waiting for over an hour even though I had an appointment, having my nails destroyed, leaving with a mullet), I've been going to salons in the area for almost 20 years and have never found THE ONE, so I wasn't sure what to expect... it was AWESOME! It was like visiting an old friend. I had never met anyone that worked there before, but I was not treated like an outsider, I was included. Everyone was so sweet! They looked high and low to find the polish colors that I wanted and treated me like a friend. It was such a great experience that I'm going for my hair now too! I highly recommend their services. They are friendly, knowledgeable AND care about the health of your nails/ hair/ skin.Service: Manicures

Holly is awesome with my hair and beard trim! Professional, super friendly, wldnt trust anyone else. My lady got her nails done by Madilyn. She’s has great sense of professionalism and great to talk to. Amazon is very clean and wld not go to an oriental parlor again

Gwyn was amazing with fixing my quarantine hair (it was pink) and she brought it back to a healthy natural brunette. Overall friendly relaxing atmosphere!
