Googled Service hours for this location and it said Open till 6p. Drove over to make an appt (just wanted to get out) and it was closed/doors by service sign locked.. not sure if this was a one off, or if hours should be updated..

Again I want to a warn as many in as many places as I can. I have a truck just sitting outside I can not drive from these people. I'm making almost one thousand dollars payment. I am a disabled elderly veteran. I have to cancel doctor appointment and can't go to grocery store. They have put me in a very horrible situation!!!

the experience initially was great. good customer service. told me they would fix any problem i had with the vehicle. I had an i owe you list. they "fixed" everything on the list. the only thing they did was create a bigger problem than what was already wrong with the vehicle. I was told the door handle would be replaced and fixed to where we would not have any issues at all. It has been in the shop three times since then for the same issue. this last time they fixed it with velcro. i am currently doing the dance with the dealership to get it replaced. the things they did correctly... my oil change. other than that nothing else. the manager of the dealership is all talk and just another guy trying to make a buck by screwing over their customers. within two weeks it was in the shop for a misfire problem. they also "fixed it" well within the 30 days as well with the extended warranty purchased. they could not find the issue. ignition coils and spark plugs were the issue. known issue with those vehicles. after 3 times of bringing it in it was finally sent to their carbondale location and fixed. the manager had the courage to tell me the check engine light was on and it was a misfire before ever selling the vehicle to me and sold me the vehicle knowing there was an issue. i feel very bad for three people that work at the energy location. i can not name them but one works at the front desk and one is a service writer and the other a technician. they are truly people who care about their jobs and customers that walk through the door. other than that. the rest of their staff is awful. i truly hope the three people that are the light of that place can find better employment and a boss that appreciates their dedication and hard work. hopefully this is within the guidelines for this website, gets to the right people, and something is done about both energy and carbondale auffenberg dealerships. their customers and dedicated workers deserve better.

My experience with this dealership began on the phone. Tonya S answered my questions and did not try to talk around my questions. I knew what I wanted and she made it easy. We went in and did a test drive and began talking money with Tonya. Corey M was very helpful in finalizing the car cost. Jamie C set up my financing and we were on our way. I feel like my husband and I made some new friends! They are great. I would recommend Auffenburg Chrysler of Herrin. As a teacher I give them an A+!!
