“My 4 year old granddaughter got flowers delivered to her today from her brother for Valentines Day along with a Teddy Bear! For the cost wasn't expecting much at all but they did a absolutely amazing job! I would give more then 5 stars if I could!”

My Daughter is in College down state, and I just wanted to make her smile, without breaking the bank. Even though my Daughter IS worth it, Marion and Herrin florists absolutely had nothing under $50 just to send something small but impacting. I was looking for sunflowers, and came across this cute, and perfectly priced vase with daisys! The owner actually picked up the phone when I called, and she went beyond the call of duty to deliver this to my Daughter. “I received great service when I arrived 1.5 hours ahead of schedule today. I called the number on the designated parking area and was lucky to speak with Adam. I explained I had gotten ill and was unable to complete my proposed errands/timeline. When I asked if I could arrange another time for tomorrow, Adam suggested he just bring my order out. As usual, excellent choices were made in the produce and dairy products. GREAT JOB, Adam and Trevor.”
“This was the first time ordering from Lacy’s. We live out of state. The order was not exactly how we expected it to be. It was a funeral arrangement for a very special family friend. However, after viewing the photo sent, and discussing dissatisfaction, this company stepped up and cancelled the order, no questions asked. She was very understanding and did the right thing. This is the reason for 5 stars. More companies like this should practice customer satisfaction, this company is top notch. Hoping to never have to send another arrangement, but if the need arises, we will call on them for services.”
