The lady who did my taxes is super awesome!! I give her a 10/10 she was kind courteous and had the best attitude ever!! Even the other ladies in the office all helped and it was a great atmosphere all together.

We did not like the way the Block person was dealing with us. I kept telling him all we wanted to do was to take the standard marriage and the standard senior deductions. We did not need to itemize our deductions. We had already did that before we went in and determined it was better to take the standard deductions. As a result of his time consuming talk about itemizing we spent 1 1/2 hours. All we had was my pension, my wife's and my social security: interest on one CD and three RMD's. We were also charged over $80.00 more than last year for the same amount of information we supplied this year. His explanation: It was because this office was now owned and run by the H&R Corporation.
