THEY ARE FANTASTIC.... WORKED AT VOGKER FORD. WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY CAR STREEING WHEEL SHAKING. THEY NEVER COULD FIGURE IT OUT. TOOK IT TO THESE GUYS THEY FOUND THE ISSUES AND NOW IT IS PERFECT.. RUNS AND DRIVES PERFECT. THANK YOU GUYS. APPERICATE YOU ALL. 👍😊

It was easy to make an appointment. They were professional and friendly. They were very fair with their prices. Work was completed in a very timely manner. I recommend them for any auto service. I was very pleased.

I broke down while traveling to Michigan and found this shop. Shaun told me what he thought the problem was, but it would be Monday before he could run the diagnostic tests to be sure because the van was too hot and it was near closing time on Friday. I was able to leave my van there and rent a car to continue on my trip.
Turns out it was a very serious/expensive issue and my vehicle is old. They were able to fix me up enough to travel 350 miles back home so I could start looking for a new vehicle.
They were so kind and helpful in what was a very stressful situation.

Was recommended this place so I went and got new brakes, rotors, calipers, and wheel bearing end of November from KB auto lab spending over 1k only to take it to Honda 6 months later to pay for an inspection for excessive shaking to find out they(KB) used refurbished items and cheap rotors on my car. Upon bringing it back to KBs for them to correct the issue because it was under warranty, I had to sit and listen to Bob bad mouth Honda saying he’s worked on cars longer than anyone at Honda.. which is funny because well then why am I back here?... He also took it upon himself to look at a Honda paper in my car that I never once handed to him.. only to point more stuff out to me that Honda is wrong for. At one point I almost asked him to take Honda out of the equation because I was tired of how often he kept referring to them in a negative way. He said he could get me in on Thursday at 9am. I bring my car in on Thursday at 9am and ask if he’ll have it ready by 430pm because I had to work.. and he couldn’t give me an answer. I requested him to call me at 3 to let me know if I need to find another ride and he tells me to call him instead. I’m a female and the way these people treated me made me feel like the biggest inconvenience, as if I was the one that used bad parts on my car. As if I’m NOT the one who is being inconvenienced. Probably the rudest costumer service I’ve ever endured. Yes they corrected the issue(for right now at least) but the scrutiny I went through was not at all okay. Highly disappointed.

Very thorough. They alerted me of a problem with a rusted out frame on my mother's vehicle that no other shop had mentioned. Disaster was diverted.

This is my go-to mechanic when needed! They've always done their best and more to get my repairs completed in a timely manner. They're very professional and knowledgeable and their costs are comparable to other mechanics. I've been dealing with Bob since 1998. I think that speaks volumes! Ten stars in my opinion!
