“I don't write reviews very often but I felt that I had to this time. I was called by my mother with a 911 call that her oxygen machine had stopped working. As I was driving over to her home I contacted Lincare to send a emergency tech to her house. The woman employee from Lincare on the emergency line was wonderful. She contacted the on call tech and told me he would be there within the hour. When the emergency tech, Mark Cash, got there he was the kindest, nicest, most sympathetic person I had ever met and on top of that he was so knowledgeable. I can't say enough about Mark Cash. Lincare probably doesn't know how lucky they are to have Mark as an employee but I sure do. Thank you Mark. I'm looking forward to seeing you in the future.”

Mackenzie is THE BEST EVER!!!I've used other local dme companies for chairs and supplies, and they were all crooks and dishonest. I had given up after a two year long struggle to get my son a chair that would fit his body.Their chair specialist talked to my son directly and took all his concerns into consideration.The chair is more than I could have ever hoped for. Their customer service was above and beyond exceptional. Their staff well educated in wheelchair dynamics and super super friendly.If I could give 100 stars I would!!!!”
