“My husband has been with Shawnee for years. This family owned company is run with Love and compassion for drivers. I appreciate Gary and his crew for always providing my husband a safe work environment and listening to him if he needs anything! This is an employer that cares for his workers. “I signed up for a unit that was unfortunately unavailable at the time. I was called only a few hours later to be told I would he upgraded to a larger climate controlled unit for free since the website wasn't updated in time for my selected unit. No extra monthly cost to upgrade from a 10x10 to a 15x15, and it was the unit right by the entrance to make moving in/out a breeze.
About a year later I had to move out, but I forgot to cancel my renewal after moving. I didn't have to call, the manager called me to let me know that she meant to cancel it for me and forgot, and would be giving me a full refund for the charge.
Everything that could have gone right here, did. Zero complaints, great service, quick to help and extremely proactive in the help they give.”
“A year ago when a tornado took out most of our barn in Creal Springs, Long Haul Leasing came to our rescue with a clean and sturdy and water-tight storage container within mere hours of our calling them. We trusted the recommendation from a contractor who knew them (and had their # on his phone contacts list). What a great recommendation it turned out to be. Barrett wrangled that big container all by himself and placed it exactly where we needed it, and picked it up without delay when we were finished. Communication has been always been timely. I highly recommend this very professional and friendly company. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. Hopefully we won't need them for the same reason again, but their number is on my phone contact list!”
“Wonderful experience not once but twice. John went above and beyond on a Saturday morning to fulfill my mother's day wish....4 ton of 1 in clean! Delivered to my mom's driveway, dump bed spread lite bump. Easy enough for two ladies to spread the rest of the way out. Called back Monday morning for just a little bit more again excellent timing. Thank you guys! Driveway looks great!”
“I rent a storage locker at this facility. I just drove 12+ miles to beat the 5:00 pm. closing time on Friday to pay my rent because tomorrow is the 1st of the month (06/01/24) & rent is due. I Arrived at 4:40 pm. The building is locked up & no one is here. Why ???
Now I have to wait until next week on the 3rd.”

“We moved from southern Illinois to Missouri - three hours away. Jason and his team were so easy to work with. Jason explained everything and answered all of my questions. They are quick, efficient and funny too. They will put you at ease as they are loading everything. If you are anxious about moving, let them handle it for you. They made it so easy for us. Also, we have two cats and I was worried about them getting out. The guys remembered exactly where they were and did not open those doors.
