Pulled onto O'Reilly automotive with an air conditioner issue with my kia van. Matt came out of the store, while I was looking at my engine, and immediately helped us. Trouble shot out freon and our ac front to back. Discovered it was the cabin filter. Replaced the cabin filter and we were set.

Checked around a couple local Auto Parts stores and none of them would allow me to borrow just an 8 mm and a ratchet. The gentleman at this O’Reillys store immediately upon request produced a cart full of tools and told me I was welcome to use what I needed. Great customer service here
