Good customer service seems to be a thing of the past. Called 4 companies, UPG was the only one that answered the phone. Kim was a pleasure to talk with, knowable about the company, procedures and service times.
The next day, Randy came and conducted a systems check at zero charge. Gave us peace of mind. 2 of the companies did return my call, gladly gave them the news that we moved forward without them.
