Called over a month ago because my vehicle has been shaking, a gasket/valve cover is loose and overall seems like it is about to break down. Never received a callback for a quote like I was told and then my husband made an appointment last Monday for today and they don’t have us on the schedule today. Called Zimmerman’s and they’re telling us the cheapest route is to add oil ourselves because we need a new motor. I’ve had my vehicle in several times prior to these events and was told every time they can’t find anything wrong. As of now we are ready to buy a new vehicle from someone else.

I would not recommend this dealer! I was contacted by David about a car I inquired about online. After arranging to drive the 1:45 to come look at the car, it was not there and wasn’t going to be there until the following Monday. I was told someone was driving it as a demo. Also to top it off, he want there either called in sick. Waste of time.

Never again will I walk into this dealership!! First of all it looks like an abandon building and they are so unprofessional!! Chris the finance guy is a complete J***** He is arrogant and acts like he doesn't need anyone's business!! And because of him they will never get mine nor my families!

I bought a Cruz from this s*** hole and let me tell you. I've never dealt with worse customer service in my entire life. Literally these human beings are the biggest assholes know to man. Chris Hughey made fun of my weight and grabbed my wife's a*** I will keep taking this to the next level. Never been more APPALED in my life.

A negative rating is what I would give this dealership. I was given poor service in response to handling a complaint and they tried to brush the concern off and not take any responsibility for it. I would not recommend anyone going here. The only people they send home happy are the smart ones who leave without making a deal with them. Even in trying to resolve my concerns they tried to pull a fast one and cheat me out of the total amount they owed me. RUN don't walk to anywhere else but here. And especially steer clear of John. He spends so much time telling you he's a great salesman that I think he starts to convince himself or he needs to feed his own ego because he lacks confidence. Hey Ron Ward!! I am HAPPY HAPPY that my dealings with you are OVER!! Never set foot here folks - it's not worth it. Did I mention they like to pass the complaint off from one person to another so you never really know who to speak with? When I attempted to contact the "manager" Tracy, who had given me options straight from Mr. Ward, she would not even accept a phone call from me. So then i'm stuck with the sleazy salesman John again who calls and "wants to resolve this". And tells me I shouldn't be contacting that manager because she had nothing to do with this. Well then Tracy should have kept her nose out of my business! Read everything, make copies of your dealings with them because like I said even trying to completely be done with this nightmare they were trying to cheat me out of money. Had I not caught this they would have been laughing their asses off making a buck trying to deceive me to the very last second.
