Universal Moving Solutions made what could've been a stressful day an easy, stress free experience. They did everything in a friendly, professional, quick fashion. Prices were also reasonable and I felt they were worth every penny. Can't recommend highly enough!

My sister and I want to thank Jason and his helper for helping us move our dad into an assistive living place!! He was so sweet to work my dad’s move from West Frankfort to Carbondale in at the last minute!! They did a fantastic job moving large pieces of furniture and setting it up for us!! They wrapped the furniture and were very careful!! They were so kind and helpful in making the move easier for my sister and I!! I gave them a 5 star because they did a fabulous job!!

I want to thank Jason and his team for doing a great job of moving my things from Herrin to Texas! I asked Jason to do a last minute cross country move and he came through getting everything there on time. His team was quick and respectful of my items and did a great job. His driver had just made a trip to Texas and was willing to turn around and go back 2 days later. I highly recommend this business.

We have used Universal Moving Solutions for two different moves and I can't speak highly enough of this company! The guys are awesome and go out of their way to ensure you don't have to stress about anything, and they are FAST. The price is always reasonable (especially compared to other moving companies) and everything arrives in one piece. 10/10!

The guys at Universal Moving Solutions have moved our whole house two different times in the last 5 years. Both times their work was AMAZING, FAST, and EFFICIENT. Both times they were on time, extremely close to their quote, and went above and beyond.
This recent move was extremely hard having an 8 month old and several chest freezers full of frozen milk. They made sure that was top priority, unloading (carried up from basement) and reloading to keep everything secure and frozen. They also helped us prep and load extra items onto our personal trailers after they got done.
Very professional- hands down you won’t be disappointed by giving them a call.

The guys were absolutely amazing! Not only did they work quickly, they treated our items with the utmost care. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing movers!
*I have a baby & a toddler and the guys would talk to them or try to play with them! I was so worried about my little ones being in the way, but the guys were awesome about it!!

Even two years after my move I am still grateful and impressed with the excellent skill they showed especially in moving my multiple-component bookcases and basically rebuilding it into my new house. My neighbors expressed surprise that it was a furniture move and not a built-in that came with the house. More importantly, they researched how my huge sauna was put together so they could dismantle it without any damage and then put it all back together again in my new space. Someday, when I plan to change flooring in that space, I intend to hire them to again dismantle and move it to my garage while the flooring is done, then to again put it back in the bedroom. I need that sauna for medical reasons and they took really good care of it. Absolutely the best company!!!

I’ve used Universal Moving Solutions on three separate occasions: unloading a UHaul truck when my daughter moved into her first apartment for graduate school, moving the same daughter to another apartment the following year and now moving her after graduation to another state. Jason has been great to deal with each time but especially this last move when we had only a week between signing a lease and move-in. I should also note that I arranged all three moves remotely as I live in a different state from where my daughter attended school. His team has always shown up on time, been dependable and quick, I highly recommend them.
