Ahh what a relief knowing there are real people that care about the job they do everyday any time without boundaries!! We are merchants in California and have a package that keeps on going from point A-to-B on this side of the town. We got a call from (Kellop..hope I got the name right?) from this location not once but Twice just to inform us the status of this package (return). Nice work, Awesomely Appreciated and so Cool...Keep it UP.

I ordered from Springfield Illinois end of last year. It shipped on the 2nd and here it is the 13th still no package. Also lost my PTSD awareness decal. I know it's been bad weather but it's over now what's excuse? pathetic snail mail 🐌. 😡

4 years living here and I still get my neighbor's mail on the daily! I should be on the payroll as much mail I deliver on the DAILY!!!!

I had a issue with a certain mail delivery person being very disrespectful and even destroying my property... After calling numerous times and giving him the benefit of doubt, I went and filled out a request for him, The gentleman I spoke with has delivered to my house and understood my concern. I showed him a video and he understood why I was upset, my behavior wasn't the greatest I'm not perfect I reached a breaking point... The post master was busy when I went in and took it upon himself to come to my house to view the video and understood my frustration and was very professional and apologized on behalf of the post office.... Mark was the gentleman who came to my house, I wanted to say I greatly appreciate you and thank you for your time and understanding... I have always received the greatest service both in the post office and with every other mail delivery person I have until this particular... Thank you all for your time and understanding

I was highly upset I was not receiving my mail. I did take it out on someone who worked there. I ended up apologizing and they even called me back to just verify things. I appreciated that because I was very upset. I respect that they are trying to make it right. So I re did my review.

If I could give this post office 0 stars I would. Every time I go up there with a question, the workers are beyond rude for no reason at all. Just went up there and asked the worker if I could get my packages that are supposed to be delivered tomorrow and he did not want to even try and look. The workers here are always miserable and I don't deserve the attitude when I come in there and am nice. If I didn't live in Herrin, I definitely wouldn't use this post office. Find some nicer workers.

Nothing but problems and suspicious activity with this post office. During the holidays last year, my wife and I had over $100 dollars in gift cards that never reached their destination. One card was opened with a gift card missing. This post feeds the Freeman Spur office that has been nothing short of a joke as far as reliability and service. Fortunately, we will be switching to West Frankfort to try for better and more reliable service.

Usps has misdelivered a $4000 package that was supposed to be signed and show ID for. The town is herrin illinois.

A Christmas gift was crammed into my large mailbox. We couldn’t get it out because it was wedged in. My husband had to cut the packing box and retrieve the gift. I took it to thus PO and age clerk sarcastically replied, “ It went in!” And I told her it surely wasn’t coming out!
