Just sitting in front of the store and they call the Police. I guess having your vehicle running in 20degree weather, waiting for your phone to charge gives the employees a scare! I have another person, dog, and a child so calling the police for what reason? Because we are different color of skin? Only reason I could think of because never have I ever had this experience at a gas station let alone a Casey's! Do Better!!!

Joy greeted us the moment we walked in the door, with a smile and a hello! Mindy made our sandwiches that were absolutely delicious and even gave us new sandwich wrappers so that the sandwich wasn’t falling over. Great customer service and friendly people. They make the best sub sandwiches here, I won’t go to subway anymore if there’s a Casey’s nearby. I highly recommend this store!

Usual Casey's, good tasting donuts, dinner pizza and breakfast pizza is good, as are the cheeseburgers and breakfast sandwiches. Wide selection of snacks and drinks. Polite, courteous staff. Conveniently located just off highway 51 and near Bloomington.

Absolutely abismal from the kitchen side. I get they need help, but Jesus Christ, when they're literally just putting your order in when you get there to pick it up, and there's literally nothing ahead of, that's just bad. Do not recommend.

For a few mornings in a row they have not had breakfast out. if it still breakfast time then breakfast should be out plain and simple, not lunch. If the customer is right then it should be that way!

Ordered a 12in and a 6in sub tonight for delivery. We literally live on the same road Casey's is on. Was called and told they cut the delivery for the night at 7:45pm. I asked for a refund and told the boy on the phone to go ahead and make the sandwiches, that I would be up there for pickup.I waited about 10mins to head up to the store. The boy behind the counter was just pulling out the bread to make the 1st sandwich. I had to tell him how to make it and I even wrapped my own sandwich for him.He said that he had never made a sandwich before. The other boy, with a little more experience came back from a delivery and made my other sandwich for me. They both apologized a million times for there lack of and inadequate training.The older women behind the cash register was NO HELP AT ALL! Her name tag read Cheri. She should have been back there helping these poor boys who had no clue on what they were doing. Instead she was sweeping, stocking and wiping stuff down, as if she was getting a head start on her Closing Duties.This Casey's in Heyworth IL needs help! The customer service is Horrible ?

Went in for a sandwich to be made for lunch, was informed that they're unable to make on-site sandwiches due to a governor's order. That there was cold sandwiches already made. Just to look across the street and see that Subway was opened and operating so that's where I went for lunch today. I'm thinking more about had to do with the terminix vehicles in the parking lot!!!
