The manager has an unknown issue with me. Snarky looks and eye rolls all the time. Not to mention she's ALWAYS on a smoke break. Needless to say as nice as the store is, the manager and few employees Need lessons in customer service!! No matter how you personally feel about said the said customer, service skills are a Must in retail!!

I have never been so embarrassed in my life in public by a cashier. Tried using a manufacturer coupon ( which I’ve used plenty of times before here) and was told that it doesn’t work, when I assured her they do work she says” well what do you want me to do about it “ so I said fine if you don't know how to scan them or type them in that’s fine. So I move on and just want my other item, then I get the sassy well what do you want me to do about it attitude and at that point it’s not even worth arguing over so I say forget it take my kid that’s hearing all this and walk out. As she apologizes to the customer behind me lol for “ my behavior “

The old dollar general was better. From never having anyone behind the counter to having employees take the 2 closest spots to the door every day, it's pathetic. Thank god IGA is still around, they're where you should spend your money.
