Tried to open an account three different times this past week and was unsuccessful! The first time I went, it was an hour before closing and slow. I asked one of the tellers at the window if a personal banker was available to assist me with opening a new account. I saw one sitting at her desk scrolling on her phone 5ft away for me and listened to the teller in front of me message her asking if she could take me before closing. They made me wait ten minutes before she asked me to walk the five feet over and sit at her desk and begin the account opening process. Georgia gave me attitude when it became apparent I didn’t have the proper documentation with me. The second day I came in, I asked the tellers again if someone was available. There were three women giggling and looking at their phones and no one could help me. Today, I stopped by for my third attempt only to see that they have a signed posted on their main doors that their doors are locked and I need to use the drive through. I can see Georgia standing by the tellers only to turn her head away as I continue to knock. I then go through the drive through and no one answered. I even called the bank 3 times to let them know I was waiting, but no one answered. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced .

Branch manager Georgia had amazing customer service resolving my issue with a smoothness transition answering all my questions. Georgia thank you for giving me excellent customer service I appreciate you.

Their wait time is rediculous in drive thru with only 1 or 2 cars there. Also, their ATM is so inconveniently put at the end of 1sr stall!!! On bldg! So you either wait for that car to be done, which could go on forever, or you drive around and get in front of that person and now, when their business is done, you are blocking them! The ATM could have clearly been installed in the very last stall that they never ever have used! Also their fraud department is lacking severely and I had to take care of fraud against my account!!! I had to catch this ....they didn't!!!! Very dissatisfied with this Bank. Considering moving to Chase right next door.

Terrible! Went for the Easter bunny and my kid wanted a bouncing ball from their coin operated machine which was $1. Needed change and they gave me all kinds of trouble. Stupid rule in general but when you have kids there for an event then thats really stupid. No wonder the bank hasn't been doing good and they keep changing names

The best banking experience I ever had. I’ve been a customer for over 10yrs and always had a pleasant encounter w any of the staff! I’m especially thankful for the great customer service I receive from Georgia Vouris whenever there’s an issue! Thank you for all you do for our community and God bless!

Went to this bank to receive my last two months of bank statements to close on a house. They could not give me this information because there was a glitch with my account. When I got angry over them not being able to show me my current balance they proceeded to tell me to close the account or they would personally close it themselves. I would not recommend this bank to anyone

Horrible experience here. The manager Gerogia was so rude and made her distain towards myself and my husband feel racially motivated. She called the police on us because we were trying to cash his payroll check; she wasn't helpful so we called corporate and thats when the problems started. I have never in my life been treated in such a manner. Once she called the police we were asked to leave and we did. She (Georgia) then had the police follow us across the street to a different lot and a different bank to harrass us while we opened an account there. This was disgusting and I will never do business with this bank in life and I will advocate for the dismissal of Georgia from this bank

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Prompt service with the exception of the drive through which often times is quite slow. Staff are knowledgeable about banking. Wish there were more Byline locations near my office in Hillside.. overall good bank with good online services too.

Branch manager, Georgia, is very personable and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied with all your banking needs. Been doing business with her since Archer bank years ago.
