This is the worst pharmacy ever. Their hours are awful, they are consistently out of my medication and they NEVER answer their phone. I was sent to the doctors line twice after being on hold for over 10 minutes. Left two messages, NO call backIf you can, go elsewhere! Would leave Zero stars if I could

Stopped on my way home after getting my wisdom teeth yanked. Needed to pick up some pain meds that were prescribed to me. Pharmacy is closed "for lunch". There are 3 people behind the counter who are working. What the heck? I'm in immense pain and they refuse to help me. They even drop their security gates which makes it very clear that they are not interested in helping people who need it. You can bet I will never come to this location again.

Always out of any medicine I need, including the one I get every 3 month with refills so they see it’ll be needed. Also, tell you to see if your doctor will change your prescription to one that they ALSO don’t have in stock. ? I have no idea why she thought that would work.

Can't tell you how many times I've gone there only to see the " No Pharmacist on Duty" sign. Hours say they are open till 10 but I got there at 835 and they were closed. I needed to start on antibiotics and now have to wait till they decide to open in the morning. Where do we find a reliable pharmacy around here? Already took my business away from Walgreens!

The pharmacists here have absolutely NO IDEA what they're doing!! I went to get a new glucose meter, & they asked me what brand I needed - I told them to give me whatever brand the insurance company preferred (most insurance companies have a preferred brand of meter). They gave me the supplies for the most expensive meter in stock, but the meter itself was out of stock, and told me it would be there the next day. Now, their TV commercials brag about "1-2 day prescription delivery", so I requested that the new meter be delivered. To this day, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY NEW METER!! Abd, to top it off, I received a letter from my insurance company stating that the brand of supplies I received was NOT THEIR PREFERRED BRAND!! I had to call CVS and tell them not to bother getting me the meter because not only was it the wrong brand, but they never bothered to send me the meter anyway!! I had 2 prescriptions filled, and it took them 5 DAYS JUST TO SEND THEM OUT FOR DELIVERY!! IT TURNS OUT THAT THEY DELIVER VIA USPS - I MAY NEVER GET MY MEDS!! Don't waste your time or money. It's no wonder many of their stores are closing!!

DONT GO THERE! The pharmacy never picks up the damn phone! They never have my medication in stock and even when they do I still have to wait 30min. When I called the prescription in 8hrs- yes 8 hrs!!!! In advance! Any other establishment can handle calls while doing their job, or actually do their job by having my medication in stock. I don't have freaking polio, it's a basic med you should keep in stock. They can't be that busy that they can't pick up the phone and if they are then they need to hire more people. They are just lazy and incompetent!Switching to Walgreens!

I received a call whole at work today. 3 different time.i tried calling back was on hold for 20 min the first w times and had to hang up before anyone even answered because I was at work and didn't have time to sit and wait for an answer. the 3rd time I called them I was on my way home from work and figured I'd get an answer well im getting closer to home 25 min. I'm still on hold I pulled in thinking man they must be busy only to see 2 cars in the drive thru no other cars in the parking lot I walk in there's no one in lineind you I'm at 30 min on hold still I walked up to ask the girl what the. all was and to point out I've been on hold for 30 min. she says well?as you can see we're backed up I looked around 1 girl was on the phone getting insurance information the other 2 girls behind the desk were talking amongst themselves and the 2 cars had already left the drive thru. if this is how you run your business maybe I should go somewhere else cause clearly you all are to busy chatting amongst yourselves to grt your job done.

Yes I've experienced better. A lot of times you have to hunt for employees to ring you up or just start screaming at the counter until somebody comes. Really weird where they located this building too- behind the jenky Shell- just weird. Other then that not bad, no crowds because not that many people go there.

Kind, understanding, helpful pharmacy staff! They offered to help me find prescription discounts for expensive lifelong medications I will be needing for my pet. They helped try to alleviate some of my fear by explaining the positive results they've seen with the use of the drug in other pets. They took the time to listen and help me.
