“I like this place, usually I go there to pick up the vanilla yogurt (very good old style yogurt and a frozen Chicken Alfredo with garlic). Also I’m disappointed because the don’t have anyone my favorite apple pies (8”n 10”). Made from real apples, not some jelly or concentrate aka apples.”

“I really like this Aldi. This Aldi always have everything in stock and then some. Their vegetables are always fresh, and the potatoes are not rotten like some Aldi in different areas. Their shelves are always fully stocked, and the freezers and refrigerated areas are fully stocked. Whenever I go there to buy my groceries, I always find what I need. That's what keeps me coming back.”

“We went here for some little tidbits. It was clean and inviting. They have a large selection of fruits and berries. I also love going here for cheese it has one of the best selections that come from around the world! My husband loves coming here for familiar candy. There are so many selections of food that are also found around the world if you look ! Also is a fun section with random things even seasonal I love coming here and seeing the fun trinkets they have.”

“I was just there for my 62nd birthday and I invited invited my friends and family to celebrate it with me and they all enjoy and love this place. They said the food was excellent but the drinks was a little pricey but everything else the atmosphere the waitress everybody was amazing and they made my birthday very special and thank you chug-a-lug for allowing me to have my birthday party there.”

“Cermak Produce is smaller than most grocery stores but it offers really competitive pricing. It's cheaper for most produce compared to your usual Jewel/Marianos. I don't think they offer fancy stuff like organic apples, but it's a good spot to get misc produce like jalapenos, cilantro, tomatoes...basically stuff I buy to make guac =) I also go there for Bimbo snacks, you know what I'm talking about, those generic twinks or pound cake, etc. Other things might be a little pricier like the instant noodles or more Americanized produces like Cheetos. They have a small bakery section and I've tried their flan and hybrid half flan half cake and their meh. None of their sweets are worth a repeat purchase. I've been a big fan of their tamales for a while. They use to be 2 for $3 but they recently jacked up the price to $4. They're the best grocery store tamales I've had but I'm boycotting them now with the price increase. I'll probably look for one of those cart vendors. I knocked off a star for that price increase. Their fresh made guac isn't that good either, too whipped. They offer more prepped foods that look pretty good, tacos, the mexican rice, etc. I'll definitely going to try those on a future visit. Their fried pork skin is also reasonably priced and comes in a smaller container versus other stores. There are so many of them on the south/west side. It's a must add stop on your grocery runs.”

“When you think of Aldi this is the one that you think of. This is the example of good Aldi stores. I think that this store is legendary... It happens to be in an inconvenient spot for traffic. With that said let me tell you why it doesn't matter... This store has anything you want and need. If you are looking for cakes and pies or apples and oranges this is the spot to go... I think that this is the place to go to first before you go to the newer one up the street. When you come into this location you are dropped into a amazing world of produce and fantastic food! Mmmmmmmm food!! You can get some great produce and great value for all your other shopping needs!! If you want to find bananas they have them. If you want to buy some chips they have them. If you are looking for auto parts they don't and won't have them... This is not a auto parts store you nimrod... This is a food store and you find food related items for sale... “Probably the best place to get fruits in the area. Their prices are reaaally good, even if occasionally they leave out certain fruits a few days past their prime. People don’t seem to understand that fruits do, in fact, go bad when not exposed to chemical toxins. The selection of everything else is very decent, and products tend to use higher quality ingredients.”
