I had a great experience with the MPOWER team. They replied quickly when I reached out and provided great communication throughout the process. Even though I ultimately didn’t make the purchase at this time, I wouldn’t hesitate to give them my business in the future.

MPower was referred to me through the Generac website and I am extremely happy with their service and professionalism. My generator needed its annual maintenance and the company that was supposed to come out and service it, Precision, cancelled on me 3 times!! I was totally fed up with Precision so searched online and Generac had MPower contact me. Shannon was extremely nice and very professional and set up an appointment for the very next day! Adam, the technician, arrived at the scheduled time, went over what he was going to do, answered my questions and got right to work. Afterwards, he again went over what he had done and even gave me a few helpful tips. He also was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend MPower to anyone looking for servicing on their generators.
