I called a few times asking why isn’t my prescription ready. Said it will be ready by Saturday which it was yesterday. I call, the lady said let me connect to the pharmacist. Ok cool. Waited about 5 min then CLICK! Not the first time. 3 times I called !! Seriously people needs there meds. It’s ok for you to stall over there but people might die because of your stupidness

OMG. I don’t even know where to start. I just called the pharmacy and after waiting the 5 minutes to get connected some Indian woman picked up with the accent beyond broken. She ask me for my name and my birthday, after getting the info she said let me connect you with someone from the pharmacy. Her attitude, her voice how would even allow someone like that to talk to customers. This location is the worst of them all. Lazy, stinky, judgmental people work there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

If anyone wants to make any formal complaints, the Manager is Louis Badger and the Supervisor is Artemis Corona. I'm picking up my medication, but the Manager glared at me and rolled his eyes at me in the parking lot just for being there. The people here let their personal issues become the issues of the customers. Unprofessional location. They don't want to work, they're all grown babies. I don't understand how they're miserable at $17 an hour and the managers make about 53-90k a year. If you can't manage your life on a decent income and help your community, get a career change! I did!

Been using this pharmacy for years - they used to be good but now their customer service is just about the worst I have ever seen. My medication was sent there yesterday - I get there at 10 today and it’s not ready. They had 2 people working and no customers and they told me I have to wait an hour! I decided to come back at 1:00 (they close 1:30) and they were already closed! This happened multiple times now that they are closed during their ‚open’ hours. I encourage everyone to find a different pharamacy - I know I’m switching to someone that appreciates my business.

Culture and history are the first things that you might notice when entering the Walgreens store. When you enter this store, you will notice that the interior design gives off a classical vibe. The ambiance of this store made me feel peaceful and relaxed. However, I was also intrigued with the history of the structure of this store, so I looked it up on the internet, and I was surprised to know that it used to be a bank, and I was fascinated by how they managed to preserve its historical and notable features. The most interesting part here is their vitamin vault. Some of the things that can be found here in this vault are vitamins and other medicines. For me, it was a very clever yet interesting way of displaying their products. When it comes to groceries, the items are clean and properly organized. They also have a number of selections for liquors. Other things that you can enjoy while being here in this store are that they offer free parking, and they also have clean and decent restrooms. The products here are a bit pricey compared to other stores, but it was worth the price because you get to see and feel the history of this place and how it came to be.

Don’t bother calling. After a long hold they do the “hello hello I can’t hear you, click” trick when handling incoming calls. Tried multiple times. Manager should place a ticket to repair the phones or employees ears.

The pharmacy is trash.. no skills on customer service specifically the black lady.
Thats why this place has 2 stars review.
And the big problem the manger see all this bad reviews and just ignore them no changes.

Black women at the register at 9:30 pm is rude and has no customer service skills. Won’t be back at this location.
