My sister and boyfriend live here and I can never park here because they have 5 guest parking spots for an entire building complex so I have to resort to Uber. Wonderful experience, just finished out our 1 year lease and it was a great experience. The staff is on point, the amenities are great, and the free coffee is great. Being close to a park AND downtown HP makes this an ideal location if you are moving to HP.
