We have used AV Integration for a number of homes. Here is what I love about them - they truly understand the needs of the consumer. If you want it complex - great; if you want it simple and reliable - great. We are of the generation whatever room you walk into I just want the AV technology to work 100% of the time without making it overly complicated. They have done that and then some for both the inside and outside of our homes. Whatever promise they have made; they have delivered on - that's why we keep coming back as technology evolves. Here is the big difference - you are treated like their only customer each and every single time. And if you do have a simple question later about what they installed their response time puts them in a category all by themselves. Try doing that with the big box retailers post installation........

Don't bother calling anyone else for your AV needs. These guys are the best! They wired our entire house during construction, integrated all our systems (lighting, music, video, control, cameras, alarm, doorbell, etc) and provided all the hardware/devices, including TVs, projectors, media players.
