I live less than 5 mins from the BOA in my area but I have and will continue to do the drive to this Highland park location. Super helpful and time efficient branch. Abhishek so helpful and educated on the products BofA has to offer. He is a star!!! Thank you

One of the worst banks. The only way to remove money from YOUR account is by them sending you a code to your phone!!!What happens if you left the house without your phone? What do elderly people do? What happens if someone doesn't have a phone? They asked for a phone number for verification...so what happens if the phone number that was originally on the account is no longer in service, and customer doesn't remember what it was? When asked why they wouldn't ask for a SS# they said they can't do that. Huh??? They have all your information...they HAVE your social! I'm assuming this is standard policy at all their locations...it's the way they "operate". It's like dealing with a bunch of robots. No thank you. Accounts will be closed.

I went to this bank today and I had a really bad experience. There is woman who works here in age between 45-55. She was so rude with disrespectful behavior. I think she forgot that if she has a job there is because of me and other customers. If a bank doesn't have customer, they should shut down! Some one need to teach her how respect and talk with a customer which is a part of customer service! I'm really sorry for this bank and never get back there!

What horrible bank and customer services! I went there this morning door was lock at 9:10 I need to use the cash station! I drove around to use the outside ATM and was not working either! Finally I went to the back door and ask the teller why door was lock? He said is been broken! I said it should be a sign explaining this and also the ATM he said is nothing I could do is not my job speak to the manager, ok I said call the manager and he said is in a conference call!! Haha this Bank if America is a joke! Go somewhere else

I walked in and three min later and turned around and walked out. Appears to be the most unprofessional branch I have ever seen. Turned around and walked to Chase and never looked back

Waiting in liNe while one teller helps customers. Meanwhile there's two other employees just chatting life and seemingly zero cares about helping. I even coughed loudly and they both looked at me and just continued their more important conversation. Michael Leavitt wAs actualLy working. So if any whO cares reads this leave him out of it.

If I could give this branch no stars I would. They have the worst customer service. Unfriendly and slow tellers and the manager is arrogant. They do not care at all about their customers. Chase next door is great.

Terrible, terrible bank overall. This particular location is the worst. They falsely accused me of fraud. I am an independent contractor. I bid a job. My general contractor / customer was to pay me 2000 a week until I was paid in full. After attempting to cash the 3rd check, I noticed an alert on my account. When I went into this branch, the manager came over with his fake smile. After I told him why I was there, his whole demeanor changed. He refused to further assist me. I came back with general contractor, who coincidentally banked here as well, he attempted to vouch for checks, but bank refused to hear him out. He then withdrew cash from his account, handed it to me to cover over drafts on my account. After him paying me, i was still in the whole 1700 dollars due to overdraft and negative status accumulated fees. I was forced to pay this amount through chexsystems. 3 years later, bank of America is attempting to pay me back. No apologies or acknowledgement of error. Just, here's your money back. Everytime I've opened in account, I've had to jump through hoops to prove I no longer owe this money. My status at BOA is still negative. The lady at this new branch of BOA, showed me where it said in bold red letters, that I was a high risk. Stay away from BOA, especially this terrible, terrible location that is full of terrible monstrous people.

Terrible branch location, simply terrible customer service. After 20 years this branch closed my account without telling me because I told them in person how bad they are. I have high net worth and a credit rating over 800. When they closed my account without letting me know on Nov 14, mailed me a check but refused to cash it on Nov 22, called the police. After a discussion with 3 officers who were most professional, I went across the street to Chase Bank who cashed the BOA check. Heads up before you consider doing business with BOA. I am done with them, shame on them. Fortunately I do not need BOA, you should avoid them based on my absolutely unprofessional experiences.

Highland Park branch has terrible customer service. They closed their drive through so one must go into the bank and deal with a very slow process in line with poorly trained staff. After I complained they closed my account with no notice, received a check for the funds and went to cash it. They called the police on me, and after explaining to 3 police officers I just want to cash the check. The police were most professional and ended up joking with me. I walked across the street to Chase and they cashed the BOA check where I have 2 accounts. What a terrible and most unprofessional bank BOA. Be ware. I recommend Chase Bank across the street with great staff and a wonderful drive through.
