Terrible, sloppy, dirty salon. I am shocked this place is in business in HP. Pedicure chair was broken, wires exposed. Didn't cut my nails but looking at the salon, I made the decision not to ask her to. When I asked about their vegan options advertised on their window, the tech told me to just pick my color. There were no vegan nail color brands. Noticed they just wash their tools with regular hand soap, No UV. They take off no-chip the old way that damages the nail. They're not gentle either. My nails have never looked worse. Color all over my cuticles. Nails are misshapen and crooked (photo).

Korean owned nail salon. Super! I’ve gone to all 3 locations and the service is amazing EVERY time! Building is clean and beautiful. Kind and professional employees that will go above and beyond for the customer. Plus my nails always look beautiful. Thank you Botti for being so good to me!Services: Polish removal

Staff members were nice but my mail tech was not the greatest! The color on my toes has disappeared! We will not be going back! extremely disappointed!!!

They did a horrible job on my nails. The color was defective. It was pink, as I had seen on the samples, then turned yellow a day later. I had gotten my nails done the day before vacation with an early am flight. I left the ugly color on so I could "prove" the awful job. The day I landed I went straight into the Lake Bluff location. I told them what happened. They said that since I didn't come in the next day there is nothing they can do. I explained that I was on vacation. She said, "I understand." They offered to take my polish off for free but no refund or complimentary redo. I had been a customer for 4 years. I will never come back. That is not the way you treat customers!

I'm sorry to report the poor services received; and'poor' is an understatement.The salon was hot, stuffy, and didn't smell good (itsmelled strongly of chemicals). They could haveopened a door, and didn't, even when we asked. I feltsick by the time we left.… no one even offered us water until we asked twice.Both the mani and pedi were rushed; I've never had afaster pedicure, which was not a good thing. My feet feel the same as they did when I went I to the salon, and the man who applied my polish painted it on so thick that I had to have it removed and re-applied by a woman in the shop.The same woman did my 'very fast' manicure, andalso laid the polish on very thick (she claimed thatshe didn't). Polish was full of bubbles, and my nailswere sloppily polished.She also left a lot of 'cuticle scraps' on my nails. I hadto re-file my nails and remove my own cuticle 'scraps'when I got home!Not a relaxing experience, and the nail techs need tohone mani/pedi skills in a big way—maybe moretraining??PLEASE take the time to make it a relaxing experiencefor clients, vs rushing through the services and doingsloppy work.Services: Pedicure

I went and got a pedicure and eyebrow wax. This was my first time I was here and will be the last. The pedicure I received was sub par to say the least. I have cracked heels and normally anywhere I go uses the tools they need to remove it and I leave and they're very smooth. Here she only used a sponge. My heels are still incredibly cracked. You can't even tell that they worked on them.Service: Pedicures

I'm only putting one star because there's NO option for ZERO stars. I had gone to this establishment before, but stopped because the service was horrible. That was awhile ago, so I figured I'd give them another chance recently. Reg manicure chipped less than 24 hours, along my cuticle, not the edge of the nail! They accept walks in when they are short staffed, so you're rushed. I went back the next day to show them & said they'd fix it right then but I was going into work. The entire manicure chipped off within 3 days. I called a week later, as my work schedule wasn't compatible with their hours & a holiday was in there. Made an appt, explaining what was the situation. "Fine, come in tomorrow" the gentleman said. I arrive the next morning and the tech had NO idea what I was talking about. The older woman who DID the orig manicure was there. Young person said she needed to call her boss, I'm like "ok, no problem"...as I listen to her tell the person on the phone the date I was originally in and todays date, she's emphasizing the time span. "We can't do that, right?" I finally said forget it. You don't want to stand behind your work, then it was MY mistake to give this place another try. But I did let them know I was going to be posting my experience for others to see. All they want is the money and will rush, giving you a crappy service. Too many other places out there, DON'T waste your time.

Less than a week later and my nails are almost all chipped, she took only 30 mins for my dip so I was skeptical. I also think she may have been sick as she kept coughing, luckily we were both wearing masks and had a screen between us but something to be cautious of. My pedicure is lasting longer but she didn't seem to mind that my water was lukewarm.

Horrible experience. My niece and sister got their acrylic nails done at this location. Not even a week after all their nails fell off. Called the place and told them the issue and they said they would fix it. When they got there they did not take them in and claim they are not responsible. The lady on the phone was so rude and accused me of lying even though they knew the service was done less then a week ago. Save your money, I paid $160 for both girls and they did a horrible job.Service: Acrylic nails

First of all we made an appointment for 1:30 and did not get seen till 2:15. The lady doing my nails was beyond rude and disrespectful to me and my friend after we would ask how much longer it would take Sora told us it would take an hour and 1/2 for both of us and it ended up being a 4 hour long trip. At the end of the 4 hours my nails were bumpy and my cuticles were torn up. After bleeding and having to sit for 4 hours they charged me $80. $80 is ridiculous for the service and lack of respect my friend and I received. Never going back.

THIS WAS THE WORST NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TOO. They told me I would be done in 1 hour 35 minutes it took 2 hours 45 minutes. I had a job interview at 3:30 so I told them I needed to be done at 3:10. Normally it takes 1 hour 10 minutes for tips and dip. I had to miss my job interview because they could not manage their time. They only had one thing for dip so sora kept filing my nails and then eventually made me bleed. She then said tell me if this hurt then I told her it hurts she laughed then proceeded to do it. They then put on base on my nails instead of top coat and started laughing again. She then made me pay $80 for acrylics. I got tips. Then when I tried to tell her how the service was unacceptable she walked away so unprofessional. Never go there Sora is extremely rude and will yell at you. They don't even know how to do nails.
