Excellent facilities, a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and great instructors who provide challenging work outs and motivate me to push myself. Of all the gyms that I've gone to, this is my favorite.

I joined the GYM this year and have been working out pretty regularly 4-5 days a week. Great trainers .They challenge you just enough and always insist that we should know "how far we can stretch". Also they focus on the form rather than more weight.
