My husband and I moved to Chicago and within a couple of days, we realized we'd need a storage unit. I looked on SpareFoot and Extra Space Storage in Highland Park had the best prices. I reserved a unit on a Thursday for a move-in on Saturday. I received a phone call on Friday from the manager, confirming my reservation and to ask when I would be arriving on Saturday... When I got there on Saturday, the manager was very friendly. She gave me a tour of the place (it is very clean!) and actually showed me two different unit sizes. I thought this was great because while I reserved a 5x5 unit, I really only needed a 5x3 unit -- which is what I ended up renting. She was very knowledgable and explained everything clearly. I'm so happy I chose Extra Space Storage in Highland Park!
