Terrible location to both purchase car and get your car serviced. Bought a used 2019 Hyundai Kona this past summer and have had several issues regarding both key fob not working and the engine not turning on (which I self-diagnosed that it was due to 12v battery after some research).Despite having bought both extended warranty coverage and key fob replacement add-on at the time of purchase, they refused to replace the key fob because they found no issues with the key fob saying they were not able to "replicate" the issue I've had and charged for the 12v battery replacement saying it was not covered under warranty.Refinanced the car and had requested for GAP coverage refund multiple times and have yet still not received the check for the refund 2 months later. Each time I visit to follow-up, I hear the same message "It just got processed, it will be mailed out to you within 2 weeks".I highly recommend to not purchase your car through this dealership and to certainly not buy any add-ons (I normally don't buy any add-ons, but this was the first time I purchased as it was my first experience buying a used car and I regret it very much)

Ryan did a great job handling our Santa Fe service. Our warranty was nearing its end and Ryan made certain our repair was covered before expiration. It was a tricky diagnosis, but he and the team figured it out. Gregory has been a great experience for us overall.

Just purchased a 2024 shimmering silver black Tucson limited hybrid from Grant. I think that I got a good price and I got a lot of service from Grant. I left a request for a particular shimmering silver, black interior hybrid with about three other dealers and they all had a Headstart on this and Grant Found this car first. All the rest of his service was great. The car is a terrific winner!

I had a great experience working with Juan and his manager Kris. I was looking at a pre-owned Ram. Both Juan and Kris went above and beyond to help me get approved and into the vehicle. The whole process was fast and seamless. There was no going back and forth with a finance manager, Juan answered all of the questions that I had. I worked with Grant Gaither recently to purchase a used Hyundai Kona EV for my wife. The vehicle is fine, we’ve only had it for few days with no issues - it’s our first electric car. This review is about our salesperson Grant, who was thorough and attentive yet totally laid back throughout the process. Overall great experience.

We had a great experience with the sales department. Oskar was awesome and made the transaction as smooth as possible. On the other hand we had a bad experience with the service department. I do not recommend going there. It’s one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had. We had a “we owe” on a preowned vehicle we purchased to get some parts replaced and a detail. First of all, getting an appointment or any type of response was frustrating. Once we had the appointment the communication between the advisor to us was minimum. Parts were replaced but did not get the detailed we were owed. The car wasn’t even wiped down much less vacuumed. Once the vehicle was done and I asked if it could be picked up after service hours with the cashier I was told by a women who returned my call “don’t come after hours to the cashier because she is busy running around, come the next day during service hours”. We arrived the next day, we were given the run around to go pick up our keys with the cashier and then told no go check with your advisor, who just sat there and completely ignored us when we went back to service. As we stood there for a while waiting for someone to help us, we were finally told by our advisor that our sales person had the keys. Which is fine but would have been nice to know instead standing there and being ignored. It’s embarrassing.

I called the day before on a vehicle that we were interested in buying. I was lucky enough to talk with Juan who set us up with an appointment the very next day. My wife and I drove 3 hours up to the dealership and Juan had the vehicle ready for us. We purchased the vehicle and the entire process was easy and pressure free. Juan made us feel at home. He was funny but professional. He understood our needs and was attentive to our questions and concerns. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and I would highly recommend doing business with Juan!

Oskar sold us our Hyundai Santa Fe on a day that they were short staffed and swamped. He managed to get our car ready and made the process very smooth and easy. He took the time to answer our questions and was very knowledgeable. We are extremely happy with our car.

Bought a used vehicle. The deal went great. Everything was smooth. Never felt pressured to buy anything extra if I didn't want to. I would definitely come back as the experience was a positive one. Purchased a beautiful 2022 Santa Fe from Gregory Hyundai a few days ago. The process was a bit of an adventure with a happy ending. Gregory Hyundai had some issues getting the car on the lot, but Greg worked diligently on this issue and kept me updated on every step of the way.For future purposes, it is recommended to not let a car off the lot when a potential customer announces that they are coming to look at it ?. I would also recommend to inform potential buyers that the interest rate of a lemon car can be higher than that of a "normal" car. All in all, we are happy with our experience and the car.

Our experience was 100% online from a state away and it was very smooth and fast. Grant helped us with prompt communication and by answering all of our questions. Buying a car sight unseen can be unnerving so we had a ton of questions and were really pleased with the customer service. Shocked at how quickly the vehicle shipped to Iowa - it arrived overnight and they took our trade-in the same day, easy and convenient. The actual car we purchased, a Kona EV, is *great and everything as pictured and promised at a fair price with good return on our trade-in.

I couldn’t have had a better experience. I wasn’t jumped on, but approached by Fernando, who was great to work with. I already had the car picked out, but he made the process streamlined and quick. The manager Chris helped me jump a few finance hurdles, and actually got me a better rate than I was told I could get. The price of the car was better than any of the others online, and with half the miles off the others.If you want a good experience go to Gregory Hyundai, and ask for Fernando.

Dealership salesman was very straight forward, was definitely one of the quicker car buying experiences I had. They told me it would be around $417 a month for the car i was looking at. We worked out a deal a little below asking after the test drive, and then I sat in a massage chair for a little under 45 minutes waiting for the paperwork to get wrapped up. They offer bottled water and coffee while waiting. Felt great! Got into financing, and they gave me FANTASTIC news. The finance officer convinced the loaner to lower the APR down from 15.09% to 13.09%, which was originally what CarGurus quoted me at. My credits not great, but that little bump down in APR saved me probably a grand or two in the long run. I expected $417 a mo. They got it down to $387, within my budget. He was very nice and respectful, even with the questions I had. He stayed after hours to help up finish the deal up, handed me my keys, and away I went!I was nervous walking into here, but after I got approved for financing, it was definitely one of the more relaxed car buying experiences. They never pressured me into a warranty, gap, or anything. They asked, I said no, and that was that!Would highly recommend, and I cannot say that about very many dealerships at all.

This review is specifically for Grant Gaither the product specialist who sold me my 2023 Genesis GV80 on March 29, 2023.Let me provide a bit of background. I visited virtually every car dealer in Libertyville, IL and all of the experiences were extremely disappointing for the following reasons.When I decided to go to Gregory Hyundai / Genesis I had already decided that if I received poor service there was no need for me to purchase a new car.Grant was everything I expected from a sales person and much more. In today's "casual" dress environment he was dressed professionally, greeted me on time for my appointment, answered all of my questions on the test drive and most importantly to me did not put on the hard sell or pressure me in any way. When I explained that I wanted to return with my wife to drive a different model he was open and agreeable to working with my timeline. He followed up appropriately, and on my second visit was once again extremely helpful in guiding me to a decision on which Genesis to buy. In the past we have purchased high end vehicles like Lexus and appreciated the personal service offered at the higher end dealers. Grant would be successful in any of those environments. In my opinion, Genesis should focus his talents on selling only the Genesis brand as I believe his level of service would be appreciated by other Genesis buyers. It's been well documented that car buying ranks very low in consumer opinion polls because of some of the pressure tactics used to sell cars. Grant was exceptional!
