I went to Pat on March 23rd, 2014 for a Brazilian straightening. When she finished she asked me, "Would you like a trim?" I had elbow length hair, and the sides were just one inch shorter than the back. I said, "Yes-a trim, just a dusting, and I am growing the sides out to all one length." I then started reading the book I had bought with me. When I looked up, She was at one side of my hair, cutting all the way up. I said, "But I don't want that much off!" Pat mumbled something and kept cutting. Then she stopped. Pat cut my long hair up to my collarbone and cut the sides up to my chin and layered them. She also botched the straightening. Now, in November 2015, my hair has broken off so badly that part is at my chin, part is at my shoulders and the rest is only a little past my shoulders. Don't go to Pat and the Hair Image in Highland Park! She is a sneak and a liar! All she said was, "I thought you would like it!"
