I was charged a rear upper control arm and labor that was not even provided. It is something you could only find out if you had time to take off your tire. Makes me question if any of the other parts and labor Ray Yacoub charged me was even up to spec or worth it. Ray is a low life scum. I called several times to ask him about it, yet he denies my calls cause he knows what he did.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

They have always been honest when our cars are still repairable and when it just doesn't make sense financially to keep pouring money into them. The staff is very friendly and professional. We definitely recommend this mechanic shop.

My car broke down in the expressway. It didn't want to stop overheating, added coolant and everything. Realized my serpentine belt came off and got wrapped around the radiator fan. My car still ran but the battery died as the alternator can't function without the serpentine belt. They went out of their way to start my car up, gave me an estimate, and told me exactly what I noticed the problem was. Was in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!

Ray was gracious enough to meet us last minute to look at a vehicle we wanted to purchase. He did a very thorough inspection at a fair price, and I was much more comfortable making the purchase after Ray gave his blessing.

Fantastic experience here - we moved recently and I've been in search of a new reliable mechanic. Called in to see if I could get an oil change at 11am and they had a opening at 1pm. Everyone in the shop was wearing masks which I wasn't really expecting it was a very pleasant surprise. Dropped my car off and picked it up an hour later - $35 out the door. No upsells, no hassle, it was just a great experience. Definitely using them for any future work.

Ray is the most knowledgable, honest and accommodating car expert I know. He only sells cars that are built to last and he knows the difference. He made me a great deal on a beautiful car, took my old car with a bad transmission in trade, did all the paperwork and transfer of plates, etc. quickly with NO DMV visit! I could not be happier and will always go to Ray from now on. If you need service or a reliable car, Ray is the MAN.
