A very peaceful library, with nice staff. There are a lot of tables and rooms for studying. Many interesting books and multimedia are available. Parking spaces can get filled up during peak hours.

Every interaction with the staff is excruciating. If you are new to the area and need to ask questions expect to receive incorrect answers and have to repeat yourself several times because they’re not actually listening. None of the staff I’ve interacted with have any customer service skills. They will continue to read or chat with their acquaintance rather than help a customer.
Really under informed and easily overwhelmed. I took my kids to an event and the one staff member leading the activity got annoyed by the children lining up for help and speaking out of turn. Why would you select a staff member to lead a children’s activity who clearly doesn’t know how to work with children? How can we raise kids to love the library when the librarian treats them like a nuisance?
The librarians don’t know about the programs they’re not directly involved in and if you have a day job don’t expect to be able to participate in any of the adult or kid programming.

The building is nicely integrated with the landscape with cool views of the forest and trails connecting into the ravines and park.
Friendly staff and good selection of technology books. Gender neutral bathroom.

I love the library. The open windows in the adult section is so beautiful and the left side room right when you enter the library from the front is also such an unique room, I've never seen such a room in any other library. It has an antique feel, make it so interesting to look around at the walls. They have a big selection and it is never overcrowded when I'm there. Only negative thing I can say is that they didn't have many Naruto manga books I wanted, but the connections to neighboring library's fixed that problem. As a few of them have extensive collections of manga books.
