I want to give Liz a shout out - while replacing the batteries in one of my smoke detectors the tamper mechanism would not reset. Liz walked me through the process and after a few try's was able to reset the tamper without issue. Liz has helped me before and she is truly an asset at Keyth. Thanks again Liz :-)
