Very disappointed with Lexus of HP. Ordered a new NX from them and received a printed quote for my RX trade in. When I came into dealership (40 days later) to buy the NX and trade in my RX (previously purchased and serviced with them), they now quoted the trade in 40% lower than their written estimate. A complete bait (me into using their dealership versus another). So dishonest that I walked out and no one cared. Beware and I will never use them again.

Bought a car at this location which was a big mistake!After they make a transaction with a buyer all costumer service goes to hell ! They will ignore any request for any service needs you need!!!!I recommend Lexus of Arlington Heights !!!!!

Disappointing Experience with Deceptive Sales PracticesThis was my second time dealing to get a used car with the same salesperson, Vito. Since I purchased car from him before, I was promised a good discount on the phone of a Black Friday and being a returning customer to get a used car. However, the experience turned out to be disappointing.Upon arrival, Vito swiftly pushed for a credit check, promising a Black Friday and loyalty discount. After running a credit check and getting approval, the promised discount was retracted, leaving me pressured to agree due to the completed credit check.When leaving, I noticed a scratch/crack on the driver's side window. Same salesperson assured me it would be addressed, either by replacement or a compensatory check, even called a car porter guy as a witness. However, after speaking with the technician, he claimed it was "nothing" and wouldn't be fixed. Without this assurance, I would not have left the dealership and I wouldn't have agreed to buy the car at such a high price in the first place.Within a week, issues with a knocking noise, heating, and a tire pressure sensor surfaced. Contacting salesperson, I reminded him of his assurance the car was in great condition and he mentioning that all cars undergo checks and fixes before sale. Consulting an independent technician, suspension problems were identified, but the dealership denied issues with knocking noise.It turns out the salesperson did not inform the service department about my issues, and there was miscommunication since the service advisor claimed he needed permission from sales director and would inform me if they intended to do anything. They did check the car. I felt like the salesperson and sales director didn't agree to fix suspension problems, leading to a "no issue in suspension" report. They changed the wipers, but salesperson made me feel bad about replacing one tire pressure sensor, saying it was replaced and it was something they could deny, despite assuring the car was in great shape when selling.Overall, broken promises, deceptive tactics, and a lack of accountability ruined my experience. Salesperson one day saying: "Sure, don't worry" and the next day "It's nothing", left me with disappointment and regret, paying this price for the car.

I come to Lexus of Highland Park over Brookfield Lexus because their service is top notch. I've had two warranty claims, one regular and one extended, and both times Dino and Ray have been exemplary at keeping me up to date and well informed. I also had some body shop work performed after I was rear ended; Stan the body shop manager kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and his team does exemplary work as well.I'll happily recommend Highland Park Lexus over others.

I had a 30k mile Lexus NX service done here. I thought the staff was really nice and they offer the convenience of loaner vehicles which is super helpful. You do, however, pay a premium for this convenience, and I do question the service technician team's cost and advice - upon hindsight it feels a bit like money wasted. The checkup was almost $700 and that didn't even include optional add-ons. Then, they found a nail in one of my run flats and told me it could not be repaired and the tire had to be replaced, which meant at minimum I needed two new tires. On top of that, the service team said the only tire in the entire tire universe that was supposed to work on my car was the very expensive Alenza. Both of these claims were completely not true, but the really important untrue claim was that the tire couldn't be repaired. IF YOU HAVE A RUN FLAT TIRE YOU CAN REPAIR IT. I called a tire shop and they said you can indeed patch a run flat as long as the sidewall is intact. $41 dollars later my tire was patched from the inside with a special compound and good to go. Also, the mechanic who fixed my tire said their 30k miles inspection was like $350, not $700. So, despite how nice everyone was I am probably done getting my Lexus serviced at the dealer because I'm so annoyed at how much money I both did spend, and almost spent on new tires.

0 stars for Lexus of Highland park***10 stars for Lexus of Arlington!***Tony the SALESMAN of 25 years wanted to charge us thousands over sticker price for a brand new Lexus TX. Not only that, but he also said we have to wait 6-9 months just for the car to come in. All that and we were still willing to make the purchase but he has 0 customer service skills and did not care to make a sale that day. Which was the best thing for us because we drove out to LEXUS OF ARLINGTON and they were amazing! They greeted us at the door and were extremely friendly! They did not charge us a dollar over sticker price and we got a brand new Lexus TX within 1 week!I highly recommend you don’t take your business here and if you’re looking for a Lexus only go to ARLINGTON LEXUS!Here’s our brand new Lexus TX! No thanks to these guys! Vlad from Arlington Lexus hooked us up! Vlad was a young 25 year old salesman and did a much better job than Tony did who has 25 years of experience. I think Tony needs a refresh of how this business works or give up on this career if he still doesn’t get it after 25 years.

So I worked with Dana through this dealership, and I cannot recommend her enough! I live in Traverse City, Michigan. I found this 2016 Acura MDX I wanted so bad and Dana made it happen! She walked me through all the steps since I’ve never gone through a dealership before! It was difficult to think of buying a car before test driving but I took that leap and I am so happy that I did!! The shipping was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be too! I trust Dana completely, and I was so impressed with how she was so quick to reply and she kept in contact about everything and all the updates. She eased my anxiety, explained everything throughly and now I have an awesome car that will keep my sweet baby safe during the winter! The price was fair, and there are a ton of OEM options on it, I’m riding in luxury. Now we’ve got our Civic type R for fun and our Acura MDX for safety and ground clearance! Thank you Lexus of highland park, and most of all, thank you to Dana!!!

No customer service. Was planning to trade in my car for a Lexus. There were at least 3-4 salesman available but no one ask if we needed help. We walked out. Will give my business to McGrath Lexus.

Unfortunately I found my experience with this dealership to be frustrating. Our salesperson continually pushed a narrative which was just not true, whether it was only one person would contact me or the value of my trade in. I didn't receive a call back for a few days and in that time, I had a great experience at a dealership down the block and am thrilled with my new car.

Do not buy from this dealer over the internet. They hide problems with the car they are selling then ignore your phone calls after you have paid fir car and taken delivery. I bought a very high end used car with very low mileage and the check engine light was on when it was delivered. Turns out they apparently never even inspected the car and certainly dud not disclose the issue which cost me a few hundred dollars to correct. Buyer beware fir this dealer.

My Aunt and Uncle visited this location on a Friday evening, and had THE worst experience. The Manager was helping them and kept communicating negative features of the car they were shopping for, and practically talked them out of buying a Lexus. He was rude towards them and they felt very disrespected. I’m on my second IS 300 and had to purchase my 2023 model at a different location, therefore advising my Aunt to take their business elsewhere. This is to caution anyone who goes here as well as recommend driving a bit farther to Schaumburg, where I consistently receive amazing service every time.

I usually don’t give one star when doing reviews of places I have been to. I take everything into consideration, however, when I feel off and being judged, it’s very unwelcoming. I went to this place to check on some units coz I plan on upgrading, however, I was not even welcomed, the “Manager” went straight right up, without any introduction and just saying I am the “Manager”, the way he answers my questions was really off, he didn’t even offer to show some units and didn’t even let me peak even to just one when I have been eyeing for this unit and I’ve been wanting to check it out. He even have the audacity to tell me to just check the website, to which I have been doing when cross referencing, having that said, seeing the unit upclose will gibe you the feel if it’s the right one or not. I went to this dealership because it is within my area, little did I know that they have rude customer service. Just because I wasn’t dressed well and I am driving a corolla doesn’t mean that I can’t be a good customer. I have been working in the customer service industry for years, but I guess there’s still people who will judge you base on your appearance. Just so you know, Mr. Manager, you just lost one customer!
