I called the store and Tricia answered the phone, I told her I needed to get a lab coat but I was not going to get there before closing. Tricia assured me that she would wait until I got there and help me pick out a lab coat. “After searching high and low for a Sara Stedy to rent for my mom to rehab at home, I finally stumbled across Midwest Mobility. Having had less than successful interactions with many other companies, I was not expecting much, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was welcoming and encouraging over the phone and the owner, Geoff, promptly returned my call even after work hours and moved heaven and earth to get the equipment to us promptly.
