“I had a very good experience today at the Sephora within this Kohls store. The young woman working was very attentive, capable and pleasant. I watched her deal with a very annoying customer who tried to monopolize her time with ridiculous requests, and this young lady was extremely patient and professional. I just do not understand why customers do not see that other people are waiting behind them. There is no reason to ask for directions to another store in the age of Google maps!
I actually felt entertained watching this woman (customer) make demands of this very patient employee with multiple ridiculous requests. It’s astounding to me how people do not seem to realize they aren’t the only person on planet earth!
Again back to the employee- she was awesome and kind. I could not have had the same level of patience. I wish I had gotten her name so I could recognize her professionalism. She even thanked me for waiting and recognized how long I had to wait.

Nice prints and personally always like their fabric quality. I like how spacious it is and how most of the clothes are neatly organized. Employees are always tidying up. But I went in for an Amazon return and was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was tidy, the employees were pleasant and merchandise was organized and easy to find. “Saw the most beautiful shirt in the ad at the front of the store but couldn’t find it within the store! I was getting ready to walk out when Joy asked if I needed help with anything. As soon as I began to describe the shirt she knew exactly what I was looking for. She guided me to the register where she was able to check if the item was in stock online. Joy made it so the item could be delivered directly to my house. Not only did I receive complimentary shipping but she was also able to apply the sale pricing to the item (30% off). Love this location, amazing customer service!

“I am a bigger guy. However, I really don't care about all the crazy fashion that crops up every season. I just want nice looking jeans, button down shirts, and 1/2 zip and hoodie sweatshirts to fit right. For awhile, some stores had good clothing for plus size people. Kohl's carried a couple brands that were stylish and fit well, but then they stopped carrying them only to re-introduce those same brands with ill-fitting plus size options. Marshall Field's had a few items which became Macy's, and they had fewer still. The Winston Box, a monthly subscription mail order service boasts a way to find great options for any plus size and truthfully, they never sent items that fit well.
However, DXL (a.k.a. Destination XL) has always had options that work well with my body type. I'm a Polo fan and not a big fan or their house brand, Harbor Bay. With that being said, Harbor Bay's t-shirts and jackets are awesome and fit great.
DXL always has new options and brings in new brands that offer nice options such as Vineyard Vines, Psycho Bunny, Robert Graham, and more. Lately, I love the Lucky Brand jeans as they fit so well, and recently purchased the softest, most comfortable Vineyard Vines hoodie (actually, wearing both the hoodie and jeans right now).
Plus, DXL offers workout closes, casual clothes, dress clothes, suits, shoes, and accessories.
Lastly, the Vernon Hills location (close to me) has such a wonderful staff. Over the years, their staff has changed, but they are very friendly and always offer to help you find what you're looking for or are happy to remains hands off and let you do your own shopping. And they remember you whether you frequent them often or your visits are limited to a few times a year. I hardly visit any other store and if they don't have something in their store, they are happy to reach out to other locations to help you find your size and color you desire. I love this place!”

“I went into this location to return some items I was really hoping to fit. Normally I get a tall size but this style was naturally long. When I was returning the pants I was sad that I’d have to buy a different size at normal prize rather than the discounted rate I got them at. BELLA went above and beyond to find replacements that would be an even exchange rather than me having to pay more. She was so kind and patient to ensure I had a great experience. She’s the best :)”

This store has a vile and disgusting attitude towards the customers and the Kohl's App also works disgustingly nothing can be found by the name of the brand and clothing. Now I have no desire to go and it’s better to stay away from this store.It is better to avoid online orders to this store. All that remains is to return the purchased goods back to this store and not go to this store again. Only bad impressions from this is store . Due to such a low level of customer service, other stores are better and much cheaper than in Kohl’s . Even with discount coupons, the price at Kohls is higher than everyday prices at other stores and on Amazon.”
