Wasted my time, lied to me and seemed to put as little effort as possible in making the sale. I asked the sales rep to inspect the car before I drove 3.5 hours and they assured me the car was in great condition. I arrived after my drive to find a vehicle with half an inch of water in the trunk. I was willing to let this go and still purchase the vehicle. They then offered me half the market rate for my car as a trade in (I litterally drove 3 minutes down the road and got an appraisal for $3k more). They wouldn't budge a single $1 on the list price even with known issues with the vehicle. Idk about the team as a whole but the people I interacted with were arrogant,arugmentitive and gernally a waste of time to deal with. I'd avoid this dealer and its team at all costs. Theres a million other places to buy a car, choose those. They'll also sell a vehicle from under you. I was sitting down negiotating a price and they were letting other people test drive the CAR! I cant believe a place thats run like this has any customers at all. ALSO DO NOT BUY THE LINCOLN MKZ that is currently listed. I almost gurantee they do not fix the trunk and do not tell customers about it.

Working with Jim Coveliers was an absolute pleasure! Jim is extremely knowledgeable, is a great communicator, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. He is a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my used Honda Civic at Muller Honda Highland Park took about 2 hours. I highly recommend you talk to Jim if you are considering buying a car.

Bought a used car from them in 2018, and within 3 months found out how much damage they had hidden. Back window latch exploded less than 30 days after buying it, only to expose that someone had tried to glue the window latch back on on both sides. Transmission was also cracked, but taped over with flex tape(I got an earful from a mechanic until I told him where I bought it and he didn't seem surprised). 0 star experience if I could give it that. Literally never buying a car here again.

Howard Solomon was great to work with. No pressure, just available, knowledgeable about vehicle details an accommodating with my schedule. He's all about customer requests and helping find you the right car. Fair deals and truth in advertising. Price published is price sold for used cars. No hidden markups, transparent for any additional fees right up front. Thanks for a pleasant buying experience.

Worst dealership I've ever been to. Salesman didn't seem interested in making a sale. Was told the SUV I was interested in buying was sold although it was listed on their website as still available for over a week. The salesman didn't even bother asking us anything about what we were looking for, budget, etc. I emailed my first contact from the dealership and let him know about what happened. No reply. Same thing happened with another salesperson. My wife and I went to Barrington Motor Werks and bought our vehicle there instead. Wow, what a huge difference between the two dealerships!

I don’t say this lightly, because I worked for 15 years in the car industry and I’m quite familiar with the wide range of buying experiences out there. But, this was BY FAR THE BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. Our salesperson, Jim, was unassuming, thoughtful, professional and lighthearted. He guided us through the process with ease and care, making sure we understood everything about the cars we were interested in and the one we ultimately bought. Rock star service!Then, in the finance department we worked with Victor. Victor knew his stuff and gave it to us straight. He was clear with what was available to us and built the value well for the extra options we ended up choosing.We are SO HAPPY with our new car! All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Muller Honda to all of my closest friends and family.

Very dissatisfying customer experience. I have been to many manufacturing dealership before but for this one we did not feel welcomed at all.Was shown around nicely with cars that we asked. But when we sat down to discussed, it was not a pleasant experience. Sales rep did not care what offer we made in counter and sounded like he was on argumentative mode. No negotiation was made all we kept hearing that the listed price was the best price, like all dealerships have "best price" on their list and no one makes any negotiations.I would rather go to Mcgrath Honda on Grand Ave. best customer experience!!

First time car buyer, had a great experience here. Inquired about a vehicle, a Buick Verano, and was responded to within minutes. Met with Jim the sales rep, fabulous individual, very engaged during the entire process even when other clients were waiting on him. Assured me there was nothing wrong with the car but let me take it to my mechanic anyways. They are all about customer service here and want me to feel comfortable making the purchase. I did and do still do love the car I purchase! Thanks again Jim

My husband and I visited this dealership on 9/12/20. The reason for our visit to look at cars with our son. This is our son very first buying experience. We went in and was never greeted ... we stood around for a minute and had to ask someone for help. That was our first impression. After asked for help the General Manager asked a salesmen to help us... the guy at first was pleasant and seemed to be very helpful .. our son test drove a couple of cars and was made up his mind on what model he liked more.. after test driving them we go in to talk numbers.. as we all know everyone's favorite part.. my son had his own finance and had a number set in his mind to spend... the salesmen response was ... "you are looking at the wrong car if that is what you are wanting to spend"... now keep in mind we had done weeks of research and price comparison.. we were looking at the right vehicle... after going back to speak with the General Manager he says he can not meet our figure.. then speaks with the General Manager comes back again and try to come down in the price. Our son not agreeing with the number.. the salesman "Jim"response was I don't want to be confrontational... I look at my husband and son like who is being confrontational? I am thinking To sale vehicles the figures either work or they don't. End of story.. this salesmen " Jim" shown that he was uncomfortable speaking calmly to black people because his first response was as if we were shouting and yelling at him... I completely was done at that point. Jim tried to be nice and end the conversation with it was nice to meet you.. for this to be my son's first experience at a dealership ever.. this really left a bad taste in his mouth . My husband and I are familiar with salesmen tactics but this guy was Ridiculous, super emotional, unprofessional and made us feel not welcome. We had a check in hand ready to buy today.. poor salesmen and businessman.
