**Update** I had a good conversation with the service manager. I felt heard and understood, and they fixed the problem. Thank you.

I've been in the market for a new car for about six months. Trying to decide on make and model. I literally walked out of two dealerships because of how I was treated when making an offer. Not at Muller. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I took my new car home, they were great. Not high pressure. Answered questions I didn't know I had. Took time to go over features no other dealer even pointed out. I highly recommend Muller if you are in the market. I'll be taking my car there for service even though it's not the closest Subaru dealer simply because of how they treated me at point of sale. Thanks Muller.

We recently bought a 2024 Subaru Forrester from Muller Subaru. It was an excellent experience. Our salesman, Alex H., was truly professional and extremely helpful in making our choice. He was generous with his time and we never felt pressured, as we have with other dealers. When we picked up the car, the finance director, Mr. Cogan, was patient answering questions, explaining options and expediting the process to get us on the road. Alex then met us and took us through all the electronics on the car. We would highly recommend Muller Subaru! We love our Subaru!

Muller Auto dealerships are the most honest in the industry. I have bought and leased cars from them for several ****s and have never found them to be a hassle. The price is always at or lower than can be found anywhere else. Plus, their service departments are terrific. We tend to deal with the same service reps **** after ****. That says something.

Bought my Crosstrek this June. Got a great deal no hassle or haggling.. great price. Had to take it in for recall I was in and out within an hour. Very nice waiting area and they even did a complimentary auto check that normally would cost 29.95 ... thoughtful! I highly recommend this dealership when I was looking for my Subaru I tried several dealerships and Mueller is the best choice if you want to get the best price for a new car. Keep it up Mueller!

Very iffy. They don't answer their phones they don't want you speak with a manager they don't communicate very well. I end up not buying a car from them read all of the reviews. Everybody's telling the truth it's the worst place.

As any Subaru owner will tell you, the front and rear wheel bearings ware out at 80k+ miles. My Forester started making a humming noise from the front bearing at 84k miles. I searched for genuine bearings via phone and internet and the best deal on the parts and shipping I found is from Muller Subaru Parts in Chicago. I called their number and immediately got a response that the internet price is correct. I made the order and in less than three days I received the parts. They are definitely genuine OEM and the shipping is less than what it would have cost me in gas if I picked them up.I will definitely order from this company without hesitation. I wish I order the axle nuts as well. My local dealer charge 60% more for them.

My experience at Muller Subaru was nothing short of Five Star. Marcus Bennett made the buying experience stress free with his upfront and honest approach when discussing the vehicle. We made a connection early into our conversation and I did not feel he was a typical car salesman looking just to make the deal. He knew I was on my own in this car buying journey and he respected that I knew enough to research the car and get me through the buying process. After a short review, I made the purchase with confidence and knew that I could return if I had any issues. So far, Marcus has proven to be a man of his word and I appreciate that very much!

Just bought my second Subaru from Muller Subaru. Marcus Bennett was our salesman both times and did a nice job. The sales experience was pretty simple and painless and we relatively quickly reached an agreeable price. We were a cash deal and it took less than an hour from start to finish so that was impressive. Unlike 4 years ago - and better - is that the mandatory sales pitch for the extended warranties went relatively quickly. Last time there was more of a hard sell while this time Muller just accepted right away that I was not interested. I also take my Subarus to Muller for service. The service department has been very good to date. Kevin Ferraresi is my usual service advisor.I don't like giving 5 star reviews. I think a business has to go exceedingly out of their way for me to give a 5 star review. I believe a 4 star review is a positive thing. (stupid grade inflation) I actually started out with a 4 star for Muller but after writing this changed to 5 star because in the end they were between a 4 and a 5. More like a 4.6 so I bumped it up to a 5 star review. I wouldn't have felt right with a 4 star in Muller's case.Lastly, the only reason I ended up going to Muller was because of a bad sales experience at Berman, I gave Berman a not-so-good Yelp review which eventually was removed by Yelp (boo) I assume because Berman didn't like that I included a sarcastic image. It's a lot farther for mw to go to Muller than Berman but in the long run I'm happy with my decision.

We went here after finding a used vehicle that completely matched our needs. The experience was pleasant, until we went to pay. They would not accept a cashier's check, because we are in Wisconsin. Okay, we weren't pleased but we wanted this car. They wanted us to wire the money. That was going to cost anywhere from $25 to $75 dollars, according to our bank. We opted to give them a check, and just wait until it cleared. This was on a Thursday. They promised they would deposit the check the next day. They didn't deposit it until MONDAY. I'm at the moment still waiting for the check to clear, and have to return the rental car we have. This was all an insurance issue. And what do I get from them? Nothing. Not even an offer to pay for our rental for an additional day. Won't be going back to them.Edit: This is the response I received. And I want to address it."Karen, First of all, thank you for your business. When you contacted us to place a deposit over the phone, we did explain that we can not release the vehicle right away if your down payment is a check from out of state and that is the reason why we asked you to wire us the funds if you wish to take the delivery right away. It is our company policy and this policy is to protect our business. We apologize if our policy has inconvenienced you in any way. I just authorized my manager to release the vehicle to you on Thurs which is a week from the date you dropped off your check. Please reach out to us for any further questions."First, I did not contact you to place a deposit. My salesman suggested it. And I absolutely understand why you wouldn't take a regular, personal, check. But you wouldn't take a CASHIER'S CHECK. It's the same as cash. It cannot be cancelled without bringing it back to the bank that initiated it. So don't act like the aggrieved party here. Muller's suggestion was that I do a "wire transfer". The cost for that was more than I was willing to pay, thus we wrote a personal check on a Thursday night, being assured that it would be deposited "first thing in the morning". It wasn't. It wasn't deposited until days later, thus holding up the process. And as far as authorizing the release of the vehicle, well that's just lip service, isn't it? The check cleared today - Wednesday. And Thursday was 7 days later - the time frame I had already been given, so don't act like you're doing me a favor. The very fact that you all won't admit you're in the wrong is reason enough to not do future business with you, and for me to advise others not to as well.
