A week ago my husband brought our Subaru Impreza to the Subaru Service Center in Highland Park for 30,000 miles checkup. He had to leave our vehicle there, but he got a ride home. Also, it would be hard for him to wait there since he is 85 years old and he had undergone a heart surgery. When a staff member Grace called us to discuss some extra services needed for our car I myself talked to Grace because my husband had a poor hearing. Grace was very patient and gave us time to think it over and discuss. There was no pressure at all but a very professional approach and understanding of our situation. After talking to a very polite and well-mannered Grace we decided to do everything we needed for our car. It was done and my husband picked up the car.
Next day we discovered a flashing yellow sign on our dashboard
and decided to bring our car back to Subaru to find the reason of it. They found the reason for this issue, but we had to wait a few days to get our car repaired. Grace again went far and beyond to find a vehicle for us because she knew we could not be without a car because of my husband's health issues. Her genuine compassion was so powerful that it brought me to tears.
Three days later we picked up our car in a perfect condition, warm and clean.
We want to express our gratitude to all Muller Subaru workers involved and our very special heartful thanks go to Grace. She can be a model staff member who possessed a high professionalism along with a high empathy. This combination of human qualities is perfect for any customer service.

First thank you for making my recent car buying experience so pleasant and so efficient. Even with a snowstorm hitting the night before; and David T outside clearing snow from cars as I pulled up and I entered the dealership, I never felt like I didn't have his undivided focus and attention when asking questions about the right vehicle for my fiancee. When it was time to talk numbers and close the deal, David T and David R were rockstars! I felt like they both understood what we were looking for and our price range; and both were committed to closing the deal in a way where we all walked away feeling good. We are very happy with our vehicle and the OUTSTANDING service they both provided. A wireless carplay adapter David suggested and sent me a link for was exactly what I was looking for and just felt like the cherry on top. Thank you so much for making this experience so pleasant. This was the second car I purchased from the Muller Auto Group and although the first experience was very good, this was Excellent. I've already sung the praises of David T, David R, and the Muller Subaru / VW team as a whole to so many that have congratulated my fiancee and I on our purchase. Very professional, but very personal. Happy Wife = Happy Life 😊.

I was actually on my way to another dealership when I decided to stop in at Muller to see what used inventory they had. I honestly had no intention of buying a VW at all. However, Ricky Espino changed my mind and went out of his way to make a deal happen! He helped accommodate my special request for powder coated black rims and made the entire transaction seamless and pain free. I've been a loyal Muller Honda customer for many years (3 cars in a row) but now I can enthusiastically add Muller Volkswagen to my list of trusted dealerships on the North Shore. I was doing some work near Deerfield and remembered I needed an oil change so had some time called Mullers Servcie department not only did they get me in that day but I was in and out in enough time to make it back to work after lunch. Bill did an awesome job . Jessica also was great and made me feel comfortable from the start. Great place, greater people!
