I came in on a busy Saturday to come and look at an Taos S. When I came in I was greeted with a big smile, and I felt warmth from there. I worked with Josh, and he told me he wasn't working at VW for very long, but he seemed to me a professional. After we drove, I loved the car, and he showed me some details that I never knew before, and got me very excited about the car. It was a very easy process, and highly recommended to come back for my future car needs! Thanks Josh!

Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. I was particularly impressed with my salesperson, David Trungh. He was very patient and understanding, and he helped me find the perfect car for my needs. He also made the entire buying process so smooth and easy. I would also like to thank the other folks and their excellent work. They also kept me informed of the purchase progress every step of the way. Had a great and easy experience buying my used VW Tiguan with salesman Chris H. It was a very smooth and quick process and any questions I had we're answered. I felt very comfortable through the whole process and never pressured or rushed. I will for sure be back when my wife needs a new car!!

I wish I could give zero stars! This staff is not knowledgeable or possibly chooses to ignore defects in vehicles. I had a problem with my vehicle that was only diagnosed when I took it to another dealer. Apparently, an issue prevalent in this particular make and model, however the staff in Highland Park was unable or perhaps unwilling to diagnose the problem after several stints in the service dept. I'm looking to get rid of the defective car soon. I'm done, Muller has turned me off to the VW brand! If you want honest and knowledgeable VW car sales and service look elsewhere. This location is NOT the place!

I got my deceased father's 2009 Jetta TDI and brought it in for VW service in Highland Park. I wanted it gone over because it had been sitting for a year and a half. After spending a bundle for 80,000 mile service, I was advised there were two broken springs that needed immediate attention for a total of $2164.00. I took it somewhere else that charged less to get the springs replaced, and was told the springs weren't broken. The repair shop provided photos to document it. I've trusted Muller service with my 2007 Rabbit for many years and now wonder how many times I paid for work that wasn't immediately necessary or worse, needed at all. I no longer trust Muller Volkswagen's service department in Highland Park.

Muller was great when we leased our car, every other thing since then has been a nightmare. Service appointments are few and far between and take 5x what they originally tell you so don't bother scheduling around them: Leased through them with the understanding we'd always have a loaner car provided if we had an issue necessitating the car be left with them. Problem is they never have any loaner cars available and are typically given "next car I can get you won't be for at least a week...but you're on the list." What is the point of even leasing through them if you don't get the service you're promised upon signing the paper work? Their employees are also usually rude or non-chalant/passive whenever you have a question. Service department isn't friendly except for a couple guys who seem just as annoyed with the lack of help as the customer. We won't lease with muller again. Looking forward to our lease ending so we can go elsewhere.
