Terrible costumer and persistent issuesMy brother purchased his first car from Acura Highland Park, and the experience has been nothing short of disappointing.Within a week of buying the car, we noticed an issue and promptly took it back to the dealership for inspection. They diagnosed the problem as brakes, which we had repaired. To our dismay, another service light reappeared soon after.The real frustration, however, began when I tried to communicate with Dan Williams, the supposed point of contact for updates. Despite the authorization my brother provided and my insistence that he call me, Dan outright refused. After a back-and-forth about my brother’s unavailability, Dan reluctantly took down my number.Two hours later, I receive a call not from Dan but from from Branco Uzelac from finance, only to be informed that they wouldn’t be communicating with me at all. I explained that my brother wasn’t available at the moment, despite the full authorization had given, but Branco abruptly cut me off, stating they wouldn’t speak with me, even if my brother was on the phone with me or next to me.This lack of communication and dismissive attitude is unacceptable, specially considering we just brought the car a few weeks ago, and we are dealing with persistent issues. It’s disheartening to experience such poor costumer service after making a significant purchase.I would caution anyone considering Acura of Highland Park to think twice before making a purchase, as the post-sale support and communication. Leave much to be desired.

I recently visited Acura Highland Park in search of my next vehicle, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to Natalia Goral. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Natalia was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through a variety of options without any pressure.What impressed me the most was Natalia's in-depth knowledge of each car. She expertly answered all my technical questions, demonstrating not just her passion for cars but also an earnest desire to help her customers make informed decisions. Her recommendations were spot-on, and I appreciated her honest and transparent approach.

Jason Press and his entire team at ACURA made this process as smooth as possible. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuine as soon as we started the process. I felt more valued as a customer than anywhere else I had ever shopped for a vehicle before. It was such a pleasure dealing with them that I can honestly say I’ll never go anywhere else but the Murgado Automotive Group.

Ran my credit without asking me. They called and said that there was a couple looking at the vehicle I was searching for. I said okay that's fine. Got told they'll give me a call back if anything. They ran my credit without giving me a notice. Really disappointed. Won't be shopping here again.

My salesperson was friendly, engaging and informed. The business part of negotiation is never fun and creates is a shift in the dynamic one established, but that’s the nature of car purchases. I would recommend the business officer wear a lot less cologne and at least try to present he cares about the customer.

Nicest staff alex is great worked with me on every aspect. Dave the service manager runs the friendliest service department and is the most accommodating and understanding person I've met. And Branko in the financial department took care of me very well with fair pricing and even so discounts and some after market upgrades. If you don't buy a car here your crazy. BEST DEALS, BEST PEOPLE, BEST CUSTOMER CARE hands down

Working with Alex was great! He helped us get our new 2010 Sienna. He and all the staff very professional and good to work with. Even though the dealership got very busy, Alex stayed with us until the deal was done, well after closing time. I would definitely buy from them again!

I recently purchased my first car through this business. It exceeded any expectations I could’ve possibly had. I worked with Alex Suh as my associate and I never felt rushed or pushed to do anything. Going to a car dealership alone was definitely a scary idea, but he made it comfortable and understandable. I never felt pressured to purchase the car, but was also informed on anything and everything. He even helped me with my own budgeting so I understood exactly how financing would work. I am over the moon with my car and have had absolutely no issues. He has been nothing but kind and supportive during this and is always quick to answer any questions I have. I felt like this Acura dealership truly cared about me as a client and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you to Alex and Branko for going above and beyond to help me purchase my first car!

All aspects of purchasing my vehicle from Acura Highland Park were amazing! Their online vehicle information was easy to navigate with clear and comprehensive information on the vehicle I was interested in. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was met by a friendly and informative salesperson that promptly showed me the vehicle, answered my questions and let me leave to ponder my decision without pressure, just giving me their contact information, encouraging me to contact them with any further questions I might have. The used vehicle I was considering buying was BEAUTIFULLY detailed, and looked brand new. I was allowed and encouraged to take the vehicle to my personal mechanic who confirmed that it was exactly as advertised. The price of the vehicle was very fair and negotiations were neither stressful, long, or pressured. The whole process was easy, timely, professional and friendly. Who knew your could have a fun time buying a car! I love the vehicle I bought. It was the car I wanted, at a fair price, in an extremely positive environment. I extend my greatest appreciation to Acura Highland Park. My sales people were Kevin Lane and Danny Kivikko and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a similar buying experience!

Had the pleasure of buying my first car from Alex here at Acura Highland park. Got a 2016 Nissan Altima and couldn't be happier with it. Road tripped with it out to Seattle and it's running like a charm. Alex and the rest of the team were very helpful answering all my questions, even the clueless first time buyer ones, and gave me a reasonable price. Would recommend looking here if you can and ask for Alex!

I can honestly say that in my fifty years of purchasing cars, I have never had a more positive experience than I did at Acura Highland Park. First, they had the car I was looking for. Second, I worked with a very knowledgeable sales rep. And third, completing the deal was painless. If you’re in the market for a new or used car, go there and ask for Danny. He will get you in exactly the car you need.

Got the car here in 2014 and serviced the car here for 9 years, the service department has been really nice and nice to see some familiar faces for the last nine years.Today I brought the car back for an oil change and tire rotation after $20 discount it cost $158.97, i guess there is inflation from last time I did oil change but the new ownership is a bit to aggressive to price away old buyers from the Pauly era, these old buyers could be new car buyers soon, where do you think they would bring their new business to?

Kudos to the service department, especially to Jim May. I upgraded the software of my system and navigation but the upgrade was not completed successfully.Even thought local car dealerships are not involve in dealing with software, Jim spent personal time to troubleshoot and complete both successfully. He far exceeded my expectation.
